Very nice hotel friendly staff but my room didn’t have a phone down to the reception and the safe didn’t work. They noted this down to look into this. Reception was smooth and friendly and location is perfect in the middle of old town. I would recommend this hotel

Cool hotel in a good location. Staff helpful and breakfast sets you up for the whole day. Nice coffee and coffee making kit in the room, plus a great refillable charcoal stick filter water bottle (glass would be even better). TV was good but not 'smart' my youngest did miss access to Netflix, YouTube etc.

The beautiful hotel is located in the old town of Vilnius. It is fairly new, so the equipment is very good. My single room was a bit small, but enough for one person and one night in town. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately there was no fridge.
Check-in was very professional and efficient. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby car park, which is about 600m on foot from the hotel. You can park your vehicle there for only 8 euros (by arrangement with the reception).
The breakfast was okay but could still be improved, e.g. normal milk. There was only lactose-free milk that even tasted sour.
All in all it's a nice hotel and I recommend it to everyone to stay in Vilnius.
