Enjoyable stay, comfortable hotel, not in the best area but quite safe, dirth of shops & restaurants nearby but a big supermarket within 10 minute walk with a nearby Domino's. Staff friendly & helpful, not too much English spoken but I got by. Breakfast is basic, eggs, fruit & toast but was sufficient for me - just one quirk, coffee is included but tea is extra!!!!

Desafortunadamente fui victima de una mercadotecnia con fotos del "hotel" del cual no debería llamarse de la cadena de los hoteles MIA. Instalaciones : viejas , deterioradas, en todo el hotel sin clima , las habitaciones en pésimo estado, los baños como si fueran públicos , las toallas "blancas" eran ya amarillas. (si padeces de alergia no vayas, tiene 5 días que sigo muriendo de la nariz esto debido a la humedad y polvo.) Comida: definitivamente pésima , no hay de donde hablar algo positivo y no respeta lo ofrecido en cuanto al buffet , terminaras pagando algo extra si o si. Personal: nunca llegara el gerente para atender alguna queja o sugerencia, personal de recepción hacen su trabajo como tal, lo único rescatable la persona que te ayuda con las maletas super amable y platicador al igual que uno de seguridad de la recepción.

Buscaba un hotel para pasar una noche tranquila, pero este hotel deja mucho que desear, las fotos que muestran son falsas te dejas llevar por lo que se ve y realmente esta en muy mal estado le falta mucho mantenimiento, huele mal desde que llegas, recepción, habitaciones no se diga huelen muy mal, el baño a caño, un hotel muy deteriorado. El único amable el sr que nos apoyo a subir las maletas, de ahí en fuera el mesero con una cara de pocos amigos la recepcionista acostada en el aparador dando ,mala imagen. Pague por una habitación triple necesitaba una toalla extra ya que solo había 2 toallas de baño, la pedí varias ocaciones y nunca llegaron los 15 minutos que me dijeron que me llevarían la toalla, hasta e dia síguete ya que llame molesta. El desayuno incluido terrible los chilaquiles sabían a aceite rancio sin sabor, los huevos mas secos y sin sabor, realmente un asco de hotel, la ubicación no se ve la más segura y linda, por supuesto que no lo recomendaría en absoluto a nadie,

Asco de hotel. Sucio el piso de la recamara. La mugre esta presente en cada rincón del hotel. Lástima, porque los que te atienden, son muy amables y, se esmeran. El gerente, hay que correrlo. El desayuno incluido esta terrible y el mesero es un grosero.

La habitación muy limpia y bonita, cumple con lo que dice la página oficial, tiene lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. Todo el proceso desde recepción es muy agradable ya que el personal te trata de la mejor forma posible. Muy grata mi estancia en el hotel.

La recepcionista, una grosera, desde que hable para hacer la reservacion, se porto muy grosera de ahí en fuera todo en orden,las habitaciones bien, el estacionamiento muy pequeño,me tube que estacionar en un lote al lado del hotel, perteneciente al hotel

Los que atienden en administración no son nada amables y no atienden como debe ser explicando todo pedí una habitación para dos personas ( mi esposo y yo) y nos dieron una con dos camas fui y le dije me la cambiará y me enviaron a una habitación chiquitita por el mismo precio con una cama ($750) vaya el baño de mi casa es más grande que esa habitación apenas y puedes caminar en ella, ahora en internet leí que ofrecían desayuno gratis osea incluido y no es verdad
