Star Hotel Airport Verona

Hotel that you don't understand upon arrival where the entrance is to park the car inside because everything is closed and there are no signs. I had to call the hotel by phone to figure out how to get in, where I surprisingly discovered that check-in was done entirely online with key delivery, gate opening, etc. via telephone where they first open a door for you and then show you with the codes to enter where to get the keys to the room, and then with a remote control you do everything yourself. I suffered a lot from the lack of staff...at least one person at the reception should be there for any need. Or at least warn beforehand that this hotel works this way so people choose and don't waste time. Then in the morning practically all the light comes in through the windows... and with the plasterboard walls you can hear everything.

Voglio essere concisa l’albergo a pari prezzo difronte un’altro mondo. Un consiglio insonorizzare meglio e spendere un po’ per delle tendo oscuranti decenti. Vogliono essere tecnologici ma la camera non aveva un timer per l’aria condizionata ho dormito con l’asciugamano sopra il lenzuolo. Tende che non oscuravano un tubo dalla mia camera sentivo gli altri nelle due camere vicine. Mi serviva solo dormire per prendere un volo al mattino presto.

Prenotato in quanto miglior soluzione come tappa giusto per una notte, grande carenza non offrire la colazione contando il costo a notte dovrebbe comprenderla. Difficoltà nel trovarlo in quanto nella medesima struttura di un centro medico e l'insegna è visibile solo una volta arrivati all'ingresso (inoltre su Maps l'indirizzo porta all'hotel accanto con nome pressoché identico). Camera moderna e spaziosa, stranezza la doccia fuori dal bagno (emozionale con luci e radio) che comunque perde un po' d'acqua quindi da sistemare le guarnizioni alla base. Il receptionist ha insistito per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno in contanti e solo dopo avergli fatto vedere fisicamente i portafogli vuoti se non con carte ha acconsentito a farci pagare con il pos. Da normativa si può saldare sia in contanti sia con carta o bonifico la tassa di soggiorno: è stato davvero maleducato da parte del receptionist insistere e dirmi anche testualmente "forse viaggia poco ed è poco informata". Si è zittito solo dopo che gli ho detto essere io perito turistico e saper bene la normativa vigente, quindi che le sue pretese non erano affatto corrette e per di più con fare molto maleducato. Personale da rivedere decisamente.

Vicino aeroporto struttura nuova accogliente personale gentile e disponibile ampio parcheggio privato l unica pecca in camera aria condizionata non regolabile ...peccato reception tecnologica causa mancanza qualche volta dell addetto

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale dell'Hotel. Disponibilità del gestore del ristorante dove abbiamo fatto colazione e cena, abbiamo mangiato bene. Pulizia, e sopratutto tranquillità nelle camere, non si sentiva nessun rumore.

Wonderful technology- and future-proof hotel. There is no physical reception, but contact via telephone. Immediate responses and super scrupulous and attentive staff. The rooms are large, beautiful, comfortable and super clean. We rarely have a good experience in hotels but this one exceeded our expectations. We were with our 4 and 6 year old children and a mini dog. Cozy and clean room, wonderful windows which in hot periods would bring an excellent view. Convenient access to the closed and private car park, a few meters away we find an Md, a mc donating famila and decathlon. Excellent for touches and escapes. I really recommend, we will definitely see each other again

Well furnished hotel, excellent for short stays, ingenious solutions for "remote" management but which requires a bit of effort the first time to find the building which is not adequately signposted and is a bit hidden; good telephone assistance. Too bad the window was left open by the staff which made the stay less pleasant given the cold night; Maybe there is a lack of supervision? Fair rate but which could perhaps be revised downwards given the reduction in staff.

Convenient for those leaving or arriving at inconvenient times at the airport. The deluxe room is large and modern in style, although the first signs of wear are starting to show. The mattress is comfortable. The walls facing the outside are made of glass and the room gets very hot even in the early morning. The heavy curtains don't completely darken the room but are acceptable. The toilet could be cleaned better, i.e. you notice some encrustations at the siphon level and it's not a great sight. Telephone check-in was quick and easy; parking inside a fenced area is a good incentive, while the lack of a mini fridge is a big handicap especially if you need to store some medicine or simply refresh a bottle of water in summer. I recommend it to those who have to stay 1-2 days and are looking for a good quality-price ratio, without particular needs, such as for example. the breakfast.

One night stay, it is located approximately one km from Verona airport. We had a flight cancellation and I booked a triple. Spacious modern room with a huge window, very clean, spacious, a very modern bathroom and very comfortable. Breakfast unfortunately out of service. We were welcomed by a very kind lady, I assume the manager, whatever you need I respond immediately through a whatsapp number, I didn't find anything uncomfortable or difficult!!! Furthermore, they provide a garage for cars, with remote control for everything, both for the external gate and for access to the floor. Paid shuttle service at a reasonable price.
