El personal tiene un trato excepcional, muy amables y atentos. Lo único malo del parador es el parking, con plazas muy justas que obligan a aparcar mal.

Buen parador , tenían cerrada la piscina exterior, ut izaban la de invierno con salida a terraza. Esto en agosto se debería tener previsto. Han tenido todo el año. Tenían el parador lleno.

Magnifico hotel a la altura de la preciosa localidad de Villafranca del Bierzo y su entorno. Nos alojamos en la Junior Suite, la cual era enorme y comodísima. Destacar también la gran variedad del desayuno, el trato recibido por parte de todo el personal y la calidad del restaurante. Unas vacaciones en familia perfectas que estamos deseando repetir.

Nuestra opinión del parador es muy buena. Lo más sorprendente del parador es que cuando uno acaba de entrar en el aparcamiento parece un poco anodino; pero cuando recorre los exteriores muy amplios y bien cuidados, mira en derredor, y lo encuentra coqueto. Se da cuenta, además,que esta emplazado en un altozano y todo lo que ve son unas laderas totalmente cubiertas por un arbolado exuberante de un verde intenso Aunque el parador no es muy grande resulta acogedor, con unas estancias comunes cálidas y confortables. Disappointing stay. It felt like a B grade Parador, with sections cordoned off. Room with view over motorway didn’t help. While loading cases into car, the grass sprinkler system came on, soaking me, my cases and the boot of the car. All round, just a bit tacky.
