Below and zero standard hotel, and a disgrace to the brand they represent. I booked 2rooms both had issues. Bathrooms were dirty. One was completely not cleaned after the last guest. The other was half clean. Mold in the bathrooms, Caulking already gone snd showing a horrible look. You cannot put your bare feet in the shower base because it dirty, is black and not white. Front desk had to be come and clean a little and I was asked to keep the cleaning kit to clean myself. Which I gladly objected as I am not a cleaner but a guest. I was promise the next day that deep cleaning of both rooms will be done based on the previous day inadequacies and my request to change bedsheet will be honored, I personally even reminded them and also spoke to the housekeeping staffs before going out. Unfortunately bathrooms not touched, bedsheets were not changed. When I called front desk, she was surprised that it was not taken care again even she told me there was message on my room to do otherwise. She immediately told me that she will give half off the rate for the previous night as compensation. When I told her about my dissatisfaction she said I will talk to my general manager of what else they can do to remedy the situation, but on her part she is going to give 50% off the first night. First night, I had to go downstairs to request for extra pillows, but had to put the pillow cases in myself. I gad to help sorry the cleaning detergent in the bathroom because she was nit so committed to doing it because she said she doesn't do housekeeping, 2nd day, I had to go downstairs to get fresh bedsheets and towels and make beds myself when I found out that my beds were nit changed but someone just lay dirty beds filled with dirt. Bathrooms still wasn't cleaned. I called snd also showed up at the front desk to let her know my grievance about the condition we had to endure. On checkout I was given invoice without any reflection of the discount promised and I raised that with the person attending to me. She immediately said "We don't give discounts here", who told you that?, what is her name?". I replied I don't work here so don't know her her, but it was the black lady on duty who said that. She replied "You stayed at the room and didn't change so we cannot offer you anything, I am the boss and nothing is in your file regarding this, and I did not even approve that. I will have to call her to verify". I told her that I wasn't offered the option for a changed room and also why would a staff member promise guest discount for the condition of the room and it is not being honored ? I was still waiting expecting her to her staff member for validation and to do the needful, but suddenly she said "We are done here not making headway" Basically signaling for me to leave.
