el hotel es campestre pero se siente un poco viejito, la piscina no es temperada tomando en cuenta el clima de la zona al menos el jacuzzi caliente debería funcionar cuando pregunte si me podían habilitar el jacuzzi (ya que un aviso decía pregunté para el servicio ) el personal me indicó que para usarlo debía cancelar 70.000 pesos adicionales por hora de uso.. me precio el com o y además es un desperdicio de agua si van a vaciarlo con cada usuario en vez de tenerlo habilitado siempre como una opción ante el clima. Quisimos usar el sauna ya que el hotel se precia de tener spa, y eran como las 6 de la tarde me dijeron que ya no estaba disponible que al día siguiente, la mañana alguien volví a intentar usar el Sauna y me dijeron que No, que por la tarde después de las 4.. entonces según cuentas el sauna lo prenden por 2 horas al dia? Hay que tener mucha suerte para disfrutar de las instalaciones entonces!! El desayuno regular. Lo más rescatable des el servicio y que todo el personal me pareció muy amable, lastima las malas desiciones de la administración por lo que no provoca volver

Es un hotel bonito, falta algo de mantenimiento, pero se tiene buen descanso. Queda a las afueras de Villa de Leyva, así que el desplazamiento se debe hacer en carro. La persona de la recepción nos pareció desordenada, tomó nuestros datos y luego desapareció sin decirnos nada de nuestras habitaciones y a pesar de llegar a las 4pm, nos tocó esperar 45 minutos por ellas, el spa sólo lo prenden los fines de semana. Los chicos que nos atendieron hacen su mejor esfuerzo para hacer sentir bien a los huéspedes.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y de gacil acceso para descansar. Las habitaciones estuvieron un poco carentes de luz. La terraza y tina requerian un poco mas de atencion.
