Muy mal servicio, con mi esposa hicimos una reserva en este hostal, llegamos a las 11am y ni siquiera nos abren la puerta, según la encargada solo lo hacen a partir de las 3pm que es la hora del check in antes no, recomiendo no dar dinero por adelantado para hacer la reserva ya que no lo devuelven, en villa de leyva hay muy buenas opciones con un buen servicio, este no es el caso del hostal Tourist Home.
