This is an old monastery turned hotel / pousada. It’s a very nice structure/building with an interesting history.

We were there on a self guided Portugal Nature trails biking trip. Beautiful historic property close to many restaurants. The gardens were lovely with tables we could enjoy sipping some wine after our biking. The only negative with the property was that our rooms were not ready until 4:30 the day we arrived at 3:30 on bikes. They showed us to the bar to wait. Only problem was that there is not a resident bar tender. You have to go find him every time you want a beer. May I suggest a bell? Our rooms were lovely with beautiful patios. Nice bathrooms but the beds were a little hard. The breakfast was wonderful!

Beautiful property with very common room. Room had a balcony with a chair and large sun umbrella. Nice desk. Great sitting g chair. Internet free and fast. Lots of electrical plugs. Clean bathroom with amenities. Main areas - bar/lounge with fire place. Dining areas spectacular. Courtyard with fountain and pomegranate trees. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast and dinner outstanding. Worth coming back.

It was a very pleasant stay! The staff is very professional and always making sure our stay is the best it can be! The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Hope I have the opportunity to return and enjoy it again! I surly recommend it!

Foi uma agradável surpresa, não conhecia, mas recomendo. Um bom aproveitamento deste convento, que de fora não parece ser tão espaçoso. Além do mais tem um jardim muito agradável, com piscina e bar de apoio, que é suficiente para refrescar o viajante mais afoito, após percorrer os arredores numa visita pelos campos alentejanos.

Diese Pousada ist ein historisches Kleinod mit eindrucksvoller Architektur, schönen großzügigen Zimmern und bietet sich für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sowie Entspannung am Pool an. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen waren von sehr guter Qualitiät und die die Mitrabeiter im Restaurant und an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pousada cheia de história, muito bonita, decoração requintada, ideal para famílias que procuram descanso, com excelentes espaços de lazer e um excelente pequeno-almoço. Ainda por cima localizada numa Vila encantadora, onde se dão excelentes passeios. O clima não engana, sempre bom tempo.
