There was a bit of a shortage of basic items such as toilet paper and towels, but they were provided upon request and the service was friendly. The facilities are relatively clean.

A hotel with potential that is unfulfilled. Staff are, on the whole, brusque and some are downright rude. No smiles, no thank you’s, surly, almost angry - there was one obvious exception, but this is about the majority. Big disappointment was finding cleaning staff sitting (one on the chair and another on the bed) having a chat when they were meant to be cleaning the room - they were clearly surprised to see my face!
i booked a deluxe room. It was on the small side but adequate and comfortable - no real room to sit, tv was not recharged, bed was comfortable, window was almost nonexistent. The pricing was good and makes it an attractive stay. In three nights my room was cleaned once (see earlier) and then only when i requested it.

The hotel is good but the rooms are very small. They didn't even clean the room in 4 days of stay until i forcefully called them.

Nothing available as promised. 1. I searched for bath tub and this showed up in options and even in room amenities it was mentioned that they have a bathtub and there was not even a shower room available in any of the suites. 2. Breakfast included is the option mentioned but for the money they charged and the stay we had it is not worth the money and they gave us just idle up-ma and medium pesarette with a worst attitude of the serving staff manager. It was not buffet and no other cuisines available.

The hotel was very conjusted to stay and room are very bad they looks like the old one. Food was too bad even can't able to eat but the prices are very high.
