If you are transiting through that city then you can think of staying for that night. Otherwise check for better options. Rooms are not good reminds of a lodge rather than hotel. Rooms had cockroaches and mosquitoes. But they didn’t provide goodnight or allout.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent one-night stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was sub-par at all levels. Check-in was very slow, room cleanliness was lacking, and amenities were inadequate. The bed was uncomfortable, and 2 bed levels were not equal. I've had no sound sleep all the night. T. V repair was taken up after 3 reminders in an one nd half hour span. I hope the management will take necessary steps to address these issues and improve the guest good experience.

Location is good, at the heart of the city. Main market is close. Room service and restaurant is very nice. Staffs are very helpful and cordial. Overall, it is very nice stay 👍

Stewards are late, clumsy, hungry for tip with every order. Service is very slow. Ac not working properly, room changed but even then they were confused which room to bill initially.
