Expected a bit more. This did not feel like 4 stars. The pool was very small and closed while it is almost June. The hotel interior felt dated, lots of things like curtains and room furniture was worn out. The hotel is an okay option if you want to be relatively central and have low expectations.

Location is excellent. It attracts quite some Santiago walkers though.. Not my favourite guests. Our room (junior suite) was quite dark, not many light spots. Choice for red as predominant colour made it a bit tacky.. If you know what I mean. Rooftopbar quite expensive and not providing us with any menu. Prices seem to be made up by the minute. Breakfast is limited Spanish, but fresh Ojuice! Dry and mostly emty scrambled eggs.

L hotel è in una posizione centrale e consente di raggiungere a piedi tutte le zone di interesse. Ma soprattutto devo fare i complimenti allo staff perché raramente ho trovato tanta cortesia e disponibilità oltre i normali doveri di accoglienza.

Good, but somewhat bland hotel, with a little street noise at the beginning of the night. The rooms are fairly spacious, and the beds are god. The real highlight was the breakfast, which was very good, with real scrambled eggs (and not the prefab goo).

No alojamos en este hotel entendiendo que se trataba de un hotel Silken, con lo que eso te transmite de garantía sobre lo que te vas a encontrar, es decir, un hotel digno de esa cadena. La realidad fue que el hotel se llama Axis y que en algún pequeño detalle aparece Silken. (????). Nada que ver con lo que esperábamos. Habitaciones caducas y pequeñas, donde no funciona el aire acondicionado, no hay minibar y falta mobiliario a la altura de esas 4 estrellas que publicita y que yo dejaría en 3. El desayuno ramplón. No busques productos helthy porque no los hay, hay carteles que indican alimentos que no están, si se acaba el melón o la empanada, por ejemplo, y pides que lo repongan te contestan que no hay más. En cuanto al parking, por el que cobran 15€ por noche, se convierte en un reto para poder aparcar el coche con muchas maniobras sin que lo arañes. La verdad, no me explico que Silken deteriore su imagen y prestigio asociándose con este hotel. En definitiva, jamás recomendaría este establecimiento si buscas un buen cuatro estrellas.

Hotel funcional, pero un poco justo para cuatro estrellas. Tiene una buena ubicación, a un paso de la calle Urzaiz, pero no tiene ningún encanto. Parking caro, y si tienes un coche grande, complicado, aunque a mi me asignaron una plaza sencilla para entrar y salir. La habitación fue una suite, pero el mobiliario era anticuado. Desayuno buffet justito, con todo pero, en mi modesta opinión, con calidad regular. Un hotel más para trabajo, si su situación te conviene, que para vacaciones.

La semana pasada me hospede una noche en dicho hotely me encontré con un parking imposible. Sin señalizar accesos de entrada al parking ni de entrada al hotel. Imposible maniobrar con facilidad. Hago miles dd km al año y peino canas. Expuse en el hotel las quejas pertinentes. No he visto cosa igual en ningún hotel dd esa categoría en España Esta dado esta dado de alta el parking en la xunta? Esta dado de alta como parking del hotel? Me preocupare en informarme adecuadamente No volveré. Pd: la máquina de zumo de naranja del buffet es para hacer zumo en el momento. Llenar el depósito y dejar las naranjas para hacer bonito es una chapuza por no entrar en detalles de salubridad

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé dans la ville, et le roof-top avec bar est plutôt sympa, bien que la piscine ne permette pas vraiment de faire des longueurs, elle est plus là pour se rafraîchir au besoin. Pour le reste, isolation phonique assez désastreuse, fenêtres qui craquent toute seule au moindre coup de vent, l'impression d'être dans le couloir avec les passants ou les femmes de ménage le matin, idem pour les voitures dans la rue. Il faut compter un supplément parking qui n'est pas spécialement précisé lors de la réservation (dommage), car très difficile de trouver des places dans la rue. Au final assez cher pour la prestation, qui vaudrait plus 3 étoiles que 4.
