A particularly simple small hotel, the double bed is up to 1.3 meters wide. The most unbearable is the hotel's water pump, the noise is like someone driving a tractor in the room. Asked the staff if they could turn off the water pump at night, and said no, because there were a lot of sheets to wash... The sound was so loud that at 9 o'clock in the evening, I had to pull my luggage and run away overnight. The room is not refundable. Run away without a refund. too terrifying.

Nice location and the staffs are accomodating. This is my first solo travel and I enjoyed it. I only stayed for 1 night but I was able to visit the famous calle crisologo.Tried the foot long size empanada of Casa Jardin. Rode the calesa and had a short tour of the historic places in Vigan. Manong driver was even extra kind to take me to the direct maker of bagnet Irma's. I was also able to go to Baluarte and had so much fun ! Thanks to ate who's always had a smiling face and very attentive to customer's needs. I was not able to get her name. 😅From the time I arrived she helped me bring my things in my room. She even opened the door for me when I came back after buying lots of pasalubong. 😁 Will definitely go back!😊👌

Courteous staff and very accommodating. Food is good. Room is clean and tidy. The ambiance is favorable to people who wanted to have me time in the middle of a city. Accessible food stalls and near heritage. Thanks

Very accommodating staffs. The room was clean and elegant. Their restaurant is a big plus as they have really good food which really is a must try especially their baby back ribs. They also have private parking space which is a big concern for us. The hotel is beautiful with a modern interior. The only downside is that they have tiny hotel (really small) and the wifi was weak but thankfully we have a mobile data. The location makes up for it as Calle Crisologo is just very near and other landmarks are walk-able! For improvements: Wifi Overall, I’d still recommend this hotel!

Locationwise, this hotel is great, but quality wise, there's a long way to go. Though price is ok. Rooms are quite small, rooms are a bit old and dusty, and the extra bed we had requested, were harder than a jail bed (I would think) :-) WiFi was ok, not the best at all, but useable. Breakfast and dinner choices and service, has room for improvement for sure. It took forever to get every order, and the simple American breakfast was not available? How can something as sinple as an American breakfast not be available? However, plus side was that they had their own hotel parking next to the hotel, and the personnel were friendly. But, we will not be staying there again unfortunately.
