Posizione centrale accoglienza buona pulizia ottima elegante con una Signora Meravigliosa insieme a tutto lo Staff che ci ha consigliato per il meglio...grazie per averci ospitato insieme alla nostra piccola pelosetta che è importante avere ricezione alberghiera che accetta animali....grazie!

Hotel in centro camera spaziosa. Purtroppo abbiamo dormito male in quanto la luce del giorno non ci ha permesso di riposare. La finestra è senza le tapparelle ne persiane. Solo la tenda la quale non era abbastanza pesante per non far entrare la luce.

The hotel is well located very near the old town and marina. It has a nice lobby/reception area. The staff spoke limited English and there was no one available when we wanted to check out. The room was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed, but we could not get the air conditioning to work so it was too hot. The breakfast was very poor. There was insufficient staff. The food was not replenished so very little available. The scrambled eggs were not kept warm and was very salty. Many of the pastries were underbaked and the bread was dry. That said the hotel was beautifully clean.

Hotel elegante, posizionato al limite dell' isola pedonale serale e quindi comodissimo al centro. Servizi inappuntabili, camere comode, cena e prima colazione perfetta. Una esperienza consolidata di ospitalità, e si vede. Complimenti

Hotel situato vicino al centro e al porto dove ci sono i maggiori servizi,bar ristoranti trattorie e al porto per l imbarco per grotte e tremiti.. Camere pulite e ben insonorizzate! Colazione nella norma.. Servizio navetta per il lido convenzionato e uso a pagamento del garage su richiesta.

Alcune chicche e alcune inefficienze già segnalate in molte recensioni (tipo la colazione). Per quanto riguardano l insonorizzazione, mi sento di spezzare una lancia a favore della struttura: i rumori esterni non arrivano in camera, nemmeno di notte. Purtroppo si sentono quelli provenienti dal corridoio, frequentato dagli ospiti e dagli addetti alle pulizie. Ottimo servizio lavanderia per le emergenze (con un bambino di 10 anni al seguito è un fondamentale). Molto disponibili Giorgia e Melissa in reception e come già segnalato, il mito Nunzio. Molto buono il lido convenzionato La Bussola (tranne la signorina della direzione) personale gentile e molto disponibile a tutte le evenienze.

Hotel 4 stelle solo di nome! Per il resto un discreto 3 stelle… personale squisito ma mobilio datato e sinceramente la colazione nemmeno nei viaggi organizzati per la terza età dai servizi sociali e’ così scarsa! Inoltre mia moglie e mio figlio celialici.. il primo giorno chiediamo qualcosa per loro e ci dicono che non hanno nulla ma provvederanno! Per la restante parte della vacanza nemmeno un panino o una caramella per celiaci! Strafottenza piena!
