This is a very good hotel in Laos. We stayed there for three nights. There was no hot water in our room on the last day. There is a 711 about 400 meters away from the hotel, which is quite convenient.

It was a very good stay. The service staff was very enthusiastic and patient. The room was nice. The only drawback was that the air conditioner was facing the bed, which was cold.

The laundry service I was promised was told that the machine was broken and no laundry was available. I only brought clothes for three days, but I stayed for five days and had to wear dirty clothes for the remaining two days of the trip.
