Should provide conditioner and lotion. It's very drying there with the hot shower. Breakfast should be varied. Same breakfast menu for 5 days was tiring. Breakfast was eu19 per pax, standard but pricy for the selections served. Location is good, staff are nice. It's clean and the aircon or heater works. Will be good to have a small iron in the room. Gym was small and basic but only one or two at the time of me using it, so was fine.

The hotel is located about 10 or 12 minutes' walk from Prater underground station, in a quiet street near the trade show arena. The room was technically fairly large, but a large portion of the area not occupied by my bed was for some reason occupied by an additional, smaller bed, as a result of which there was no space to do exercises, for example. I found the internet connection to be poor. Whenever I disconnected for any reason (in the elevator, sustained disuse of the phone, entry into flight mode), then the connection didn't automatically return. The fitness room was not much, just slightly better than nothing, and unfortunately, they limit the hours for some obscure reason, closing it already at 22:00. The breakfast was halfway decent. I appreciated the falafel and the commercially packaged tomato spread. The rolls were good. The fruit selection was rather negligible. I was very positively impressed by the fact that breakfast started at 06:00. I'll probably stay here again some day, but it will never be a hotel to get excited about.

Perfect hotel for business trip! The room is very clean and modern, with nice bathtub. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Would be nice to have a hair conditioner in the bathroom, now there is only shower gel and shampoo. Anyway, I’m sure I’ll be back.

If you need a kitchen area for your stay then this hotel fits the bill. Read the instructions that are given to you on arrival though as if you are responsible for setting off the fire alarm, it could cost you dear. We chose to have breakfast in the hotel. It’s adequate without being great. The location is good with access to trams very close to the front door of the hotel. We were never bothered by noise. The bed, even though it can be folded away was a good. Neither my wife or I had any problems sleeping. The only gripe I have is the 50euro deposit we were asked to pay on arrival, 22/04/24, which has still not been refunded to my account even though we checked out 26/04/24. This delay in returning deposits is poor really and does not reflect well on a business…

Such an amazing hotel! The room was beyond comfortable - great bed and sofa, thoughtfully placed outlets and lights, terrific bathroom and shower. The view was also outstanding, and the location is so convenient for walking, public transportation, etc. Very nice staff as well, and delicious breakfast at Das Loft (which I'm also going to review separately for drinks at night, which I recommend!).

There is only one elevator, and it was full up and down. The hotel linens also use it, and one car took up the whole elevator. I waited for 20 minutes before getting in. It was really unworthy of the room rate.

We had one night in Vienna with an early flight the next morning, but not wanting to stay in an airport hotel I chose this hotel based on price and location, as it was a short walking distance to Wien Mitte, which runs plenty of trips to the airport, even at 4.30am! Also, as an Accor Gold member I thought I might get an upgrade on my room. The first thing to say is that this is far from your typical hotel, set back from the road down an alley. If I was arriving at night time I may have been more concerned than I was. Even in daylight it took a minute or two to find the reception, but when I did I got a very good welcome by the member of staff who acknowledged my status. With our room key in hand we headed off to the elevators and climbed out at the third floor. Then we had to walk around a corner to find a small set of stairs, so up those, down a long corridor to find a sign pointing us to another set of stairs that took us up another floor. After a good bit of walking, that would be unsuitable for anyone with movement difficulties, we reached our room. We had reserved a twin room and that’s what we got, although the beds were at a right angle to each other, something I don’t remember seeing anywhere else before and were not as wide as most twin beds that you find elsewhere. The room looked quaint and I thought it was fun until I walked into the bathroom to discover that that bath and shower were also built into the eaves, meaning that standing up in the shower was a physical impossibility! I know what you’re thinking … ‘if unhappy with the room, why not go and ask to change rooms?!’ It is a good point, but the walk to and from the room, plus the fact we only ha a couple of hours to go out and see the city (added to early morning start) meant I just didn’t want to waste the time. Be assured, had we arrived in the morning, or had we been staying for more than one night there is absolutely no way I would have accepted this room. Climbing carefully into a bath to have a shower sitting down is not my idea of fun! It also would not be possible for anyone with movement difficulties to use this. As mentioned earlier, the hotel is in a decent location for Wien Mitte - roughly a ten minute walk with suitcases. A little less without. There are also quite a few eating options in the area. Sitting in the hotel courtyard area is quite relaxing, although you have no view and the sunshine is totally blocked out. I am afraid that apart from being a ‘quirky and cute’ hotel, plus the fact that all the staff we met were polite and professional, there is very little to recommend staying here. I for one will not be staying here again.

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!
Right in the middle of the old centre.
A wonderful location to explore Wien and beyond as the trams as just really around the corner and will easily connect you to all type of transport.
The rooms I got were good size and have everything I need except for one thing, a great AC.
The AC needs to be better. I got first a room with the roof as ceiling, and the AC could not help the heat wave that Vienna was experiencing that day.
The lower room, was the same AC but enough to cool down the room but not really to the best temperature that I would find the best.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel more by accident than planning but I was so very pleased when we arrived. The location is great as it is within short walks to busses, trams and trains. The receptionists are super helpful to explain how to get to different places.
Our room was a fantastic size with a super comfortable bed.
The bathroom was lovey and warm and had everything we needed.
I love the fact the hotel works towards being eco friendly and we chose not to have a daily clean to help with this.
I would highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. We’ll certainly come back.
WWenjingJavelinI got another Ritz room card haha. The location of this hotel is very good. It is only about a five-minute walk from the Golden Hall. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location is very good.
The person who helped check in at the front desk was Madeleine. I secretly wrote down her name. She was so nice. She spoke in an organized manner, was very meticulous, and was very friendly. My first impression of this place was very good.
The price of the room is not low. You can get a suite at the same price in China. The space is only about 30 square meters. The shower space here is larger than that in Budapest. There is also a bathtub and the toiletries are also from the diptyque fig series.
The room provides free glass bottles of mineral water every day. It is not as good as the turndown service in Buda, but overall it is very good.
GGuest UserIt is a modern high tower of which only the lower 8 floors are hotel rooms. We had a beautiful view from the 7th on the Danube. Breakfast is on the 4th, a nice breakfast room, everything is there for a tasteful breakfast. Good service at reception. Parking under the building. There is a large shopping center with dining facilities. And public transport close to, so in the center
GGuest UserThe apartment is outside the centre of Vienna, but super accessible for any means available nearby: 1.metropolitana (it is 3 minutes walk, behind the corner) 2.stazione Regional trains (beside the metro for any destination) 3. Bus: you need to cross the train station to access the bus headline (line400) 4.tram: it is also the god of the park having crossed the bus stop (tram line D) With regard to supermarkets, the hotel is the practitioner The hotel, not our staff x the reception at the arrival time, is practical in check-in. When booking you receive a door code to enter and then on the input bank will only scan the qr-code received during the booking, enter the booking and take the cards made available to you The floor has a relaxing room with sofas, chairs and tables and a kitchen floor to make coffee (for payment) or wash tools. There are also drinking machines or food. In addition, you can find the room to wash your clothes, you can access through the room card (You need to download the Miele app and the rechargeable mini-bar is €20!). The apartment is silent, the only sin found was the heat air thermostat, as the recirculation was always cold even increasing the temperature and with 6 degrees outside we asked for reception assistance and the The next day, in addition to us, six apartments were set at least and therefore after the technician's place, the temperature was reversed to the winter season. On every floor (always accessible with your card) there is a vacuum tool where towels, sticks, toilet paper, washing boxes and washing bags can be taken, as well as the dust and stick to be used. Recommended. The waste as requested on the site is accessed with the lift that has the U key.
GGuest UserThe room was good overlooked the back of the hotel and church, shower was good and small fridge and TV with music channels. Wifi worked well staff on reception were helpful . I borrowed an adapter, printed boarding passes, advice was offered on location. Breakfast was included in our deal it was ok, cold meats, yogurt fruit, nice selection of bread. The eggs and sausages were cold but not meant to be and that was quite early in the morning. Coffee not much good again cold unless you add the hot water no breakfast tea apart from fruit teas. The older guy that was on that day couldn't be bothered when asked for some. The young tall guy much more helpful. Wouldn't have breakfast unless included in deal.Bar wasn't open so no drinks maybe if you ask they open it. No noise from building work but front of hotel covered up. Ok for 2 nights stay. AS some other people have pictured they could do with moving all the old mattresses out the back outside of the seating area in reception which is quite a nice space to sit in. There are toilets in reception which are clean. Local area has few restaurants or cafes nearby so be prepared for this. Unless you count the fast food ones at the station complex. Chinese chain there pretty reasonable.
TTigernassifMelia Vienna Hotel is a symphony of luxury, nestled within the modern and dynamic DC Tower. The hotel stands as a testament to refined elegance, offering guests captivating views of Vienna and allowing them to immerse in a sanctuary of comfort and style.
From the very first moment, the welcoming and diligent staff displayed a high level of professionalism and warmth, setting a hospitable tone that persisted throughout my stay. The check-in was efficient and cordial, indicative of the seamless service that is a hallmark of Melia Vienna.
The accommodation was a masterpiece of comfort and sophisticated design, with plush bedding and cutting-edge amenities, creating an ambiance of tranquility and luxury. The meticulous cleanliness and upkeep of both the room and the communal areas spoke volumes about the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
The gastronomic experience at Melia Vienna was a culinary delight, featuring a plethora of delectable dishes that embody the rich gastronomic heritage of Vienna while integrating flavors from around the world. The presentation was visually appealing, and the ambiance of the dining area was both elegant and relaxing, adding to the enjoyment of every meal.
The hotel’s prime location is a boon, offering easy accessibility to the cultural treasures, business districts, and vibrant life of Vienna. The state-of-the-art fitness center and tranquil spa facilities provided the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring a balanced and rejuvenating stay.
To sum up, Melia Vienna Hotel is a jewel in Vienna’s hospitality scene, combining unparalleled service, luxurious accommodation, gourmet dining, and a superb location to provide a memorable and enriching experience for all guests seeking the charm and elegance of Vienna.
AAleksIt was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room.
Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.
GGuest UserThis hotel is basic but clean, its very person centred the receptionists whoever is on are very helpful. Great breakfast. It’s not the easiest to get to from Vienna Airport but don’t let that put you off around €65 by taxi or the hotel can arrange it for €45 there’s a tram stop outside 15 minutes to the centre they run like clockwork every 5-10 minutes, 24 hour ticket €7 for all travel ( shh but no ticket inspectors so up to you!! 😂) Tatax Vietnamese restaurant a few doors away is amazing lovely bar chilled melodic vibes great food and unbelievably cheap. There’s not a lot else in the area but with trams non stop you can anywhere!
BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
