"Location is conveniently located to the city hall and Voltive Church. Not so convenient if you are taking the hop on hop off buss via the Vienna pass. If transit, than it is a very convenient location. Breakfast was on the pricier side and did not have much to offer. Mostly cold dishes and cold bread. They do market it as locally sourced food from local farmers. They offer you a free glass of wine per guest if you stay for more than 2 nights. Unlimited water and coffee from the coffee machine bar. Room is very spacious and big. There are a couple of stairs that you need to take to make it to reception and elevator which may not be too convenient for some."

"The hotel rooms are in dire need of renovation. The rooms are outdated and worn. Upon arrival, we even found a sock from a previous guest under the bed. Outdoor sockets are used for outlets indoors. There was only one power outlet on one side of the bed. In the bathroom, the renovation coating on the bathtub is peeling, there's mold on the edges, and the shower head is a maximum of 1.65 meters high. A positive point is the well-functioning air conditioning. The breakfast is good, as long as you're not lactose intolerant or need gluten-free options. There were three preparations of eggs, sausages, mushrooms, and bacon, all served warm. Also, of course, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, muesli, jam, Nutella, and fresh fruit. Unfortunately, the Kaiser rolls were too hard and dry every day, but the croissants, on the other hand, were good."

"Elegant hotel with perfect service. The staff is really welcoming and attentive. The highlight of the stay was Edvard restaurant with Michelin Star dinner. Breakfast are also tasty and rich in options - you can benefit with ala carte breakfast. Spa has small pool but nice sauna section. I would recommend it for adults and couples. Guest service helped me a lot with Dominik being so nice. Thank you!"

"Unfortunately, the very small room on the 8th floor was directly under the roof. Without air conditioning, it was impossible to stay there in 35-degree weather. There was only a fan in the room. I had to leave the window open towards the busy street. The shower was so small that I barely had any space in it. I asked for a second pillow but never received one, despite being promised it."

"I stayed at the Indigo near Naschmarkt during my trip to Vienna. Unfortunately, a cold snap hit Vienna during my stay, with only one sunny day and the rest being damp and cold. I didn't get to enjoy the courtyard much, which I imagine would be lovely on a nice day. Coming from a very spacious hotel in Budapest, this room felt a bit smaller, but it's actually perfectly adequate for a European hotel. There was plenty of space for luggage and clothes, and it never felt cramped. The hotel's decor and furnishings are quite modern, and the lobby even has a co-working space. Many European hotels prioritize sustainability, and this one is no exception; they don't automatically offer daily housekeeping. You just need to contact the front desk if you require service. Regarding getting around, I prefer to city-walk, so aside from airport and train station transfers, I didn't use taxis or the metro in Vienna. I found the walk from the hotel to the Museum Quarter quite manageable, taking about half an hour of leisurely strolling. I also walked to Belvedere Palace, which was about 35-40 minutes on foot. A taxi would probably get you there in about 10-15 minutes."
