AVOID this hotel. Horrible odor in the bathroom smelled like it was located in an underground city sewer! Not a toilet or a cleanliness issue, but a piping or mildew issue. I asked to change to another room but was told there were none available. All the manager did was send an employee up with air freshener, which masked it a little, temporarily. It seemed like a known issue to them. They should NOT be filling that room with paying customers until the piping problems are fixed. And at minimum, they should have offered to comp some of my money back for the offensive stench. No such service happened.

I stayed for 4 nights! I wasn't very good at English, but the front desk staff were patient and helpful. They kept my keys and my luggage on the day I checked out, which was very helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with famous attractions and downtown streets just outside. It is also very close to the subway station and very easy to find. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the remote control and supplies in the room are covered with dust, the service attitude of the front desk staff is not enthusiastic, and their faces are so smelly 😵💫 But the staff who assisted in carrying the luggage were friendly!

This 4 star hotel has a great location, just a few minutes from the metro and right in the city center, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The hotel vibes has a charming antique feel, which adds to its character. However, cleanliness couls be improved - I found a strand of hair in the towel, which was a bit off-putting. Other than that, the stay was pleasant, and with better attention to cleanlinesa, it would be an excellent choice.
