The staff at the reception desk at this hotel were very hospitable, but lacked maintenance staff. When we told the front desk that the drain cover of the washbasin in our room was missing, he said he would find someone to see him tomorrow. Unexpectedly, there was still no progress after 3 days ! It was a bit inconvenient because we had to do laundry! There are no chairs in the room, it would be a little inconvenient to sit down and do something, fortunately there is a lounge next to the reception, where you can charge, you can go down and sit at any time, there is a coffee machine nearby, you can get your own hot water for free!

房間乾淨衞生整潔，位置安靜門口就有公交車，去火車站、景點和進市中心都非常方便，步行10分鐘還有超市。非常滿意

Great hotel. Not in the center, but easy to get to, just 20 minutes by tram. Cleanliness is exemplary! Great breakfasts. Peace and quiet.

The interior was very clean and comfortable for a night's stay.

The front desk and breakfast room are together. The front desk service is very good and we can call a taxi when leaving the hotel.

The hotel is located in a remote area. It takes two subway stops and ten bus stops to get to the hotel from the central train station. The hotel entrance is in a corner of the elevator of a residential area, and the surrounding environment is relatively poor. The attitude of the front desk staff is not good, so I decided to leave and change hotels decisively, even if I suffer financial losses.
