The worst stay ever. The elevator was broken and it was not repaired even after three days of stay. I contacted Ctrip customer service to cancel the order, but the store owner simply disagreed. There is dust in the corridor. There seems to be a front desk, but I didn't see any service staff. You have to make a phone call to check in. You can take the key from the machine by yourself. You can also return the key and put it into the machine by yourself. The room was okay but no hot water kettle.
I made a reservation because there is an elevator. I regret not reading the reviews. Shopping nearby is not convenient either. The nearest bus is more than 400 meters away.

En general es bueno. Lamentablemente, por las remodelaciones que están haciendo en el edificio, no hubo agua caliente, y aunque avisaron que no habría agua por reparaciones, cuando regresó el agua no hubo agua caliente. De os noches que estuve, solo la 1a hubo agua caliente. Los mensajes pidiendo una explicación no fueron contestados por el staff de atención.

Great place in a great location nearby public transport. In the early days of being renovated but building work didn’t affect us at all.
I have communicated with the property since my return - left my expensive sunglasses, but no reply as yet.

The location can't be beat! The rooms were clean, modern, and had thoughtful touches like a bottle of water, snacks, and coffee. The lift was broken when we arrived, which made dragging our luggage up 4 flights of stairs pretty miserable. They did fix it two days later so that was good.
