The lady at the front desk is very nice (｡•̀ᴗ-) The environment of the hotel is very good. You can see the Belvedere Palace, which is only 800 meters away. You can also walk to the city within 30 minutes, but there are not many places to eat around. The hotel room is very nice

일단 새로생긴 호텔이라 시설이 너무 좋고 깔끔해요. 위치도 기차역 도보5분이라 너무 좋았는데 기차소음 이런건 전혀 없어요!
직원들 다 너무너무 친절하고 룸컨디션도 좋고
다맘 청소가 좀 미흡.. 수건은 6개중에 2개가 오염되있었고 첫날 배게랑 이뷸에 먼지가 너무 많았는데 둘째날엔 또 깔끔했네요. 아무튼 다시 오스트리아 가도 재방문할 의사 있습니다

From check-in to check out this hotel was outstanding. Location was walking distance to the train station, very close to the Belvedere museum and it was about as far to the Schönbrunner Palace as other hotels in the city center. The whole staff were amazing, and the breakfast was really exceptional: delicious flavors and outstanding quality, selection and service, a true high point to the entire stay. But really, and by far the hero of the experience was Tomasz and his kind, attentive and professional team making the breakfast such a delightful and memorable experience. The guy really is a magnificent fellow! We cannot thank everyone involved for thier impeccable work enough!
