We arrived early and hoped for an early check in. We were told to wait. We waited over one hour and finally someone came. We were told the apartment won't be ready until 3p. (Check in was supposed to be at 2p)
Once in, we found a run down property, in desperate need for renovation. Two twin beds put together, not comfortable. Pillows were horrible. I wouldn't recommend, I wouldn't go back. Location was the only positive for this place.
Pricewise, it was not cheap, which makes it harder to accept the condition of the place.

L'hôtel est bien situé pas loin de centre ville, la propreté rien à dire par contre au niveau literie lit et parquet qui grince. Le canapé lit pas du tout confortable dur comme du bois ça vaut pas les 3 étoiles

The check-in, location, and thoughtful touches like coffee and shampoo were lovely! Comfortable unit, really easy to access. I would stay here again.

Good location, easy to access, clear instructions.
The flat is in poor condition; they have ants in it (traps are in place - PS used coffee is better). The beds and pillows are the best quality and there could be more things in the cupboard, such as salt, oil etc.
Good option for a cheap price.

The place is shocking!! We were 3 families in 3 rooms. All rooms do not have air conditioning. No heating. There is no description. There is no hot water to shower, we would shower with a water kettle. The rooms are small. The rooms are dirty. don't get close

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'antico. Esperienza perfetta, appartamento grande, pulizia perfetta, posizione ottima. Avendo soggiornato solo 2 notti non è stato 1 problema ma forse servirebbero delle tende oscuranti in quanto il mattino c'è molta luce ma è vero che se vuoi visitare Vienna ben venga lo svegliarsi presto. Ottima la cordialità e l'assistenza del team, perfetto comodo il check on line

La posizione dell’appartamento è buona e ci sono collegamenti con metro e tram a pochi minuti a piedi. Tuttavia non siamo stati soddisfatti del soggiorno in quanto dalle 7 di mattina la casa viene invasa di luce causa mancanza di persiane e tende molto sottili pertanto non si riesce a dormire. Per un soggiorno di 4 notti e 5 giorni ci hanno dato solo un asciugamano a persona e una boccetta di bagnoschiuma e alla richiesta del cambio biancheria ci hanno chiesto €12,00. Cuscini scomodissimi e di pessima qualità. Come ultimo, al momento del ceck-out previsto alle ore 10:00 abbiamo trovato la donna delle pulizie fuori dalla porta dalle 10:02 e nonostante avessimo chiesto la cortesia di attendere 10 min in quanto avevamo avuto un piccolo problema, ha insistito affinché liberassimo subito l’appartamento. Non lo consiglio. Conoscenti con con poco più di €50 di differenza hanno trovato situazioni molto più confortevoli.
