Not a 4 star hotel. The bathroom door handle is broken and the entire bathroom needs renovation. No staff to refill breakfast.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel in my life. First of all, the location is hard to find. Secondly, the room is terrible. It is really terrible. There is a musty smell. The whole hotel is like the last century. Everyone must avoid it. I moved to Vienna.

The room was ready and they let me check in a little bit earlier which I greatly appreciated after my long flight. The hotel is beside a church that tolls 3-4 times throughout the day. The A/C controls were not working, but it was not a big deal as it was not too hot or cold at the time. When I extended my stay, reception told me it would be probably cheaper to book online, and when I booked a smaller and different room than the original one, reception upgraded me and let me stay in the one I was in already. Thank you for the great stay.
