English: We stayed from 10/19 to 10/21. Friendly and kind staff, abundant breakfast, but for what we paid, the quality-price ratio, was not up to par. The only positive note is that the accommodation is 15 minutes from the center. During breakfast, there are no seats. A structure that is made up of about 700 rooms, has an availability of about 100 seats, (but even less) so we were forced to eat in the hall. As for the room, very clean, but it does not have a mini fridge. On the day of arrival, we bought two 75 cl bottles of water, PAID 15 EURO, as if it were Princess Sisi's water. Furthermore, we called the reception to turn up the air, as the room was quite cold, they replied that they would send a technician, but he never arrived. On the second day, the cleaning staff forgot to refill the shower gel dispenser (we are human, it can happen), but it cannot happen that the reception was so arrogant that they did not answer, having called several times, and consequently, we were forced to go down to make the request. The following day (last day), the cleaning staff, in the morning did not even tidy the room. They arrived in the afternoon and after knocking twice, even though we had answered and therefore I could hear that we were in the room, they were still about to enter. I do not recommend it and if there were other accommodation available, do not go to the Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West hotel!.
