H2 hotel Schonbrunn is a brand new hotel opened in a modern business edifice in March 2024. H-Hotels is a hotel group similar to French Accor chain, where the number after letter H indicates the hotel star number and hotel quality rating. In their range they have levels from hostel lodgings to luxury ones. According to that, H2 is a 2 star, basic lodging, but with new, modern and clean amenities. It's on the Ibis level in Accor group. Therefore, don't expect a closet and minibar in your room many here complain, but basic, clean and modern interior with new and comfy bedding, as well a separate shower cabin, basin and toilet in your room. Lobby is on the second floor, check in fast. We got a room on 10 floor which I described above and was satisfied with it, however the water pressure in shower was unacceptably low and very annoying for which I deduct one star. Breakfast was really good and refilled whenever needed: cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, omlettes, bacon, sausages, sweet pastry,... Wifi worked perfectly except in breakfast room. Hotel caters to students groups as many said, so be prepared for that. Many dining options around, as well a supermarket in the building basement. Location is out of tourist sites, but with a metro station literally 10 steps left from the entrance you'll get quickly wherever. Do not park at the hotel garage which is around 25 Eur/day, but at the U4 parking garage across the street for 9 Eur/day.

The service was very good everywhere. Check-in and check-out were very fast and convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows at the corner of the room were double-glazed. It was very quiet even in the inner city. The front desk, bar, breakfast room and cleaning staff were all very nice. I liked the fruit tea, small bread and smoked salmon in the breakfast. I usually bring earplugs. It is common to have a door between two rooms abroad. It was the same when I stayed in Sweden. This time, the neighbors saw someone coming back and the noise was very low. I brought earplugs and it didn't have any impact. No one was next door for the next few days. I heard from my colleagues in Vienna that the inner city was better, so I chose a hotel in the inner city. The location is near the Sisi Museum. After visiting Sisi, walk south. The route is good. Then go to the other direction to see Stephen's Cathedral and the Black Death Memorial Column. I have been to Vienna once before. I feel that the hotel I booked this time is obviously much better than the 4-star hotel last time. The service attitude is better than Haidilao. It deserves to be a 5-star hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well. Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Literally less than 2 mins walk from the hotel to Wien’s main/central train station. Excellent services and super friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for three nights and no problems with everything at the hotel.

Get another Ritz room card haha, this location is very good, about five minutes walk from the Golden Hall, there are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the location is very good. The front desk helped to check in was Madeleine, secretly recorded her name, she was too good, talking organized, super meticulous, super friendly, let me have a good first impression here. The price of the room is not low, the same price can live in a suite in China. The space is about 30 square meters. The shower space here is more spacious than Budapest. Haha, there is also a bathtub, and the toiletries are also diptyque fig series. The room supplies free glass bottle mineral water every day, and there is no turndown service on the Buda side, but the overall is also very good.

Very good location Very close to the subway Very clean and tidy is to play a more stable hotel Golden Hall This kind of opera house is not far from the distance. It is safe. Good experiences: Very good location. 1 min from the Metro station. Supermarket in a distance of 30 seconds walk. Water and apple in the lobby as refreshment. Relatively affordable in Vienna. Bad experiences: Unstable water temperature during bathing. That made me just like travelling between hell and heaven for many times. They opened the window when I was out. Then I found insects when I came back. That was a bit disgusting and I need to spend time to deal with the insects. No telephone so I can’t seek help at once. The toilet flush wet the floor.
