No había nada que NO estuviera roto o desgastado... vergonzosa la ausencia de mantenimiento. Hoteles de menos categoría están muchísimo mejor conservados y huelen a limpio, en este no es el caso Viehla tan maravillosa como siempre. Bellísima.

Abrir aplicación Tu ubicación  Hotel Vielha Baqueira Affiliated by Meliá Carrèr Aneto, 1, 25530 Vielha, Lleida Hotel David Iglesias Fraga 5807 puntos Hace 16 horas Una estancia inolvidable en este maravilloso hotel de montaña; la habitación con su techo de madera, las vistas al río que atraviesa Vielha y las verdes montañas hacen que parezca que estás dentro de un cuento de hadas. Las instalaciones son muy completas y cubren las necesidades para cualquier huésped: amplio y acogedor hall con mesa de billar, cafetería snack, restaurante buffet y spa con piscina climatizada... no le falta detalle.!!! El desayuno buffet muy completo, lo necesario para coger fuerzas para un largo día de paseos por la montaña, gran variedad de productos y surtido de productos locales (quesos, embutidos, dulces...) Y qué decir del personal, súper amables y muy pendientes de los huéspedes, especial mención al equipo de restaurante y recepción y a sus responsables Estrella y Pablo, un 10 para ellos por el trato que nos dieron. Sin duda un destino para repetir.!!!!

J'y vais souvent à Vielha et je ne me lasse pas.... le soir c'est super ...perso j'adore y aller fin Janvier pour mon anniversaire.... soirée tapas ! j'en rêve déjà.....mais c'est possible aussi maintenant, j'y étais pour la 1/2 finale de foot..... Una locura !!!! si besoin d'adresses me demander...... J'adore Vielha ! si ça ne va pas je pars à Vielha et je reviens revigorée....

Hotel muy bien situado. No hay problema de parking. Estuvimos en una habitación familiar, muy grande, dos estancias, dos televisores, baño grande y comodo. En recepción muy atentos y simpàticos, salones con variedad de sofas comodos. Desayuno variado y de calidad.

Hotel muy bien ubicado y con las comodidades necesarias para hacer la estancia agradable en familia. Hemos estado con dos niñas y lo han pasado fenomenal puedto que es un hotel familiar. El desayuno es completo y variado y la atención del personal muy buena. Carlos es un gran profesional y muy accesible a los clientes. Relación precio calidad muy ajustada.

Magnífico hotel, sin duda el mejor de nuestras vacaciones por el norte, buenas habitaciones, buen aire acondicionado, desayuno-buffet bastante grande y con variedad, amabilidad en recepción, buen hall con variedad de sofas y bar donde poder pasar tiempo incluso con música en directo. Buen parking ya que justo enfrente hay una gran esplanada donde aparcar sin problemas y gratis. tiene justo al lado el rio donde se puede hacer un paseo ya que el hotel está muy buen situado. recomendadísimo.

Hôtel groupe Melia plusieurs visites jusqu à ce jour et toujours satisfait de là rapport qualité prix de cet établissement et après cette dernier visite je suis très mécontent le samedi à 16h30 chambre non faite et pas faite du tout aucun service le lendemain retour à l hôtel 16h 30 chambre non faite inadmissible car quitté les 2 jours à 9h 30 avec panneau indiquant chambre dispo au nettoyage et donc à 16h30 chambre toujours pas faite comme de nombreuses autres au même niveau CRCESU n est pas acceptable dans un hôtel qui se revendique 4 étoiles Pour ce qui est des autres prestations 1/2 pension très correcte personnel serviable dommage qu’ aucune excuse ou explication n est été donnée sur la carence du nettoyage chambre Cet hôtel mériterait une sérieuse rénovation car l isolation vis à vis des circulations est nulle et l équipement salle de bains est vieillot C est bien de faire des prix mais pas au prix d une baisse des prestations

Hemos estado una semana y ha sido una pasada. Todos los días hemos tenido ruta de senderismo guiada por un gran profesional, Manel, sin coste alguno. El servicio excepcional, especialmente en el comedor, donde el buffet no es gigante pero de muy buena calidad. Carlos, el subdirector, se interesaba por todos los clientes. Fabián, el maitre, ha estado pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos y se desvivía ante cualquier petición. Y Paula, camarera, muy discreta pero gran profesional siempre con una sonrisa. De verdad que el servicio de 10 y la calidad-precio fenomenal. Repetiremos seguro.

La comida muy poca variedad y fría. Nos recordaba a los menús del Imserso La habitación son 14,21 y sin estar limpia, y eso q avisamos a las 13 h de la situación. Nos quedamos sin poder descansar un rato antes de salir x la tarde de nuevo. Decepcionante
