とても綺麗なロッジでした。
スタッフも明るくてとても楽しい！
気持ちよく過ごすことができます。
レストランで食べた料理もとても美味しかった！
朝ご飯はもう少し種類があるといいな。
歯ブラシはないので持参を。すぐ近くにコンビニあって便利ですが歯ブラシは品切れ。
虫除けクリームが置いてありました。

The Pioneers is a bit outside of downtown Victoria Falls which is a good thing (you do not hear the all day long flying helicopters that much). The architecture of the houses and especially the garden and the two pools are very well thought out. The service top friendly and bar & meals were perfect. Defenitely a place to stay while visiting Victoria Falls.

It's not often that you leave a hotel feeling completely satisfied. However after 2 nights staying at The Pioneer Lodge we are sad to be leaving. The a la carte food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced, especially for hotel standards. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate. We made use of the free shuttle back from the Look Out Cafe. And a taxi back from dinner in town was $7. We would definitely stay again next time we're in Vic Falls.

It is a lovely colonial hotel. The gardens are green, full of bird life and well kept. Beautiful public areas to sit and ha ve a drink or coffee. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. All amenities that you require are in the room. The double basins are a big plus and the shower was absolute amazing. All in all a lovely stay.

This is a beautiful colonial style hotel in Victoria Falls set in tropical gardens. There was even complimentary afternoon tea served each day with sandwiches, cake and tea or coffee. The staff are very attentive and we couldn't have been looked after any better. The hotel's anti-mosquito precautions worked a treat! Two swimming pools and plenty of access to sunloungers and tables. Food and drink were of a high quality and reasonably priced - especially by European standards!! Was very relaxing to sit on the verandah with a "sundowner" listening to the chorus of frogs and cicadas. There is also a minimarket next door if you need anything.

Pioneers is a cute, historic hotel. The lobby decor reminds me of the 1800s. The hotel is clean and tidy with lots of character. The rooms are updated with modern baths. The only AC is in guest rooms, so that’s the only place to cool off if you’re hot. My only complaint is staff. Shortly after checking in, our group went to the lobby to pick up our shuttle. They guided us to the wrong vehicle. We ended up taking a sunset cruise instead of a dinner cruise, which was much more elaborate and expensive. To make matters worse, the sunset cruise staff lied when they said they had transfer the wrong last name on their list. It was a big mix up. We were told by another couple that they had a similar mixup the night before, so I don’t think our situation is uncommon.

The hotel is well located close to Victoria Falls and it’s a nice place to relax with 2 swimming pools and a very nice garden. I would like to have a particular thanks to Sharon at the reception who contacted several agencies to find our reservation for Sunset Cruise and the walk at Victoria Falls ; the guys who picked up us at the airport didn’t provide us any voucher. Thanks Sharon for your friendship and I pretty sure that you will remember to spell our name
