The facilities are so-so, but the service is very poor. On the morning of check-out, I was still having breakfast at 9 am, and a male waiter came and said that your room needs to be checked out at 10 o'clock. His attitude was very stiff. Then, without confirming with me, he called a car to the airport for us? Very lack of training and courtesy. Overall score: 2/5. Very poor.

Great place to stay in Vic Falls.
Phil, Mounette, and Staff will exceed your expectations. The location is great, the staff will do what ever they can to make sure your stay is great. They we're doing some remodeling before we arrived but Phil had contacted us giving us the opportunity to change our stay, I very happy we did not change. They we're very respectful of us being there and did not bother us at all. Thanks Phil for a great stay in Vic Falls

An oasis of luxury in Victoria Falls
Pamarah lodge sets the standard for boutique hotels.
Behind the secure high walls is a oasis of great architecture and design, accompanied by 5 Star service, yet only minutes from Victoria Falls.
The rooms are super-modern, perfectly clean with an amazing deep, free standing bath and large seperate shower. Large comfy beds are waiting after a full day sight seeing the falls.
The food is great and the team accomodate all dietry needs. When informed them I was running the marathon, it was no problem to make home made pasta and to open the kitchen early so I could have much needed early morning porridge.
Phil the owner and all the team at Pamarah are outstanding and will try to do everything they can to make your stay as perfect as possible.
For perfect Vic Falls stay, we absolutely recommend Pamarah Lodge.

Amazing
I’ve travel to a lot of countries and a lot of hotel but I’m his hotel I will always remember because of the owner, he made us feel like family he checked on us everyday and remember us by names. He gave us good recommendations his wife his lovely as well so is his staff, I don’t have one negative feeling about our entire stay

Clean hotel with not great amenities and service
Lodge is new, so it's in good condition. We had the family room, which i cannot recommend. The staircase going to the second floor is treacherous and really too dangerous for kids, if that is who you plan on putting up there. Breakfast was ok. Cannot recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner as there is only one option for each meal. Really not a restaurant. I wouldn't stay there again in returning to Victoria Falls.

Beautiful place!
We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough!
It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly. The food was superb and so were the drinks.
It was extremely quiet, very clean and all around just a beautiful place that’s only a short walk from the main town.

This was our second time staying at Pamarah. It was just as great as we had remembered. Phil, Monet, Ross, and Holli greeted us like we were family. I had several logistical questions about activities and staff always responded promptly, organizing transportation to pick us up in Botswana. Room was comfortable and quite. Great internet. Soft towels.

Hotel is lovely. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The owners are there every day and chat to all the guests a very personal touch. Highly recommended
