Poor amenities. There was only one coffee stick and no tea bags. Mineral water was only available on the first day and was not replenished after the bed was made.
After I finished cleaning my room, I went back to my room and was relaxing, but the hotel staff opened the door without my permission.
The staff at the front desk was also unpleasant, and when I asked questions about the spa, I was told to ask at the front desk.
The attached spa was comfortable, but if you're expecting 5-star service from the hotel, you'll be disappointed.

Déçu On commence par demander un acompte de 900 euros pour 3 nuits. Les chambres sont de bonne taille, la literie est bonne. impossible de reguler la température de la chambre car la ventilation brasse de l'air chaud et impossible d'ouvrir la baie vitrée. La réception répond qu'ils sont passés en mode hiver donc chauffage et comme il fait pas froid à l'extérieur et bien il fait chaud à l'intérieur. La piscine est entourée d'un carrelage glissant, attention aux chutes.

Séjour d’une nuit en famille. Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse avec une superbe literie. L’équipe des étages avait anticipé le fait que nous venions avec un bébé, et avait prévu lit bébé, matelas à changer, chauffe biberon, et un super doudou que notre petite fille a déjà adopté 😊 Nous avons été très bien accueilli, mention spéciale à Céline, la Guest manager. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter des espaces piscine et spa, un des + de cet hôtel emblématique de Vichy. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Hôtel à recommander ++
