The Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in ... and I have travelled the world! It is in a superb location looking out onto the sea. My room was very comfortable. The staff right through the property were top class in terms of being very friendly, helpful and professional. There is an amazing roof top bar and hang out area with fantastic panoramic views of the entire Viareggio area. The breakfast must be the greatest breakfast in the world, so is the choice of food and options to have what every you want cooked on the spot.

Entrando in questo meraviglioso hotel ti accorgi di quanto sia elegante e raffinato. Le ragazze della reception ti accolgono con un sorriso e con estrema gentilezza, le camere in cui ho soggiornato sono curate in ogni minimo dettaglio, consiglierei quella con la sauna all'interno soprattutto nella stagione invernale, che rende l'atmosfera ancora più esclusiva. L'hotel dispone di una Spa, su prenotazione, dove verrete accolti con garbo e riservatezza. La terrazza, con una splendida piscina riscaldata, offre nelle stagioni dove il clima lo consente una vista emozionante specialmente al tramonto dove è possibile sorseggiare un aperitivo. Concludo complimentandomi con tutto lo staff in particolare con il GM Gianmaria Vitagliano sempre presente per ogni esigenza. La sorpresa che vi lascerà senza parole la troverete al mattino a colazione quando entrerete nel maestoso salone e lì ad attendervi ci sarà Davide e Chef Mancino che vi faranno scoprire la miglior colazione mai assaggiata prima... CONSIGLIATISSIMO...

We went to Viareggio during the middle of our stay in Italy. It was the perfect option for rest and relaxation before heading to Florence. We had our kids with us, so we opted for the family suite which worked out great. The service was above and beyond by all staff members. The reason I am giving it a 4 star is we had a mishap with a boat vendor they recommended. I did speak with the FD manager and he did his best to remedy the situation but with the amount of of money we spent on the excursion and an entire day, it was very disappointing.

Una ESPERIENZA incredibile sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione e lo stabile sono davvero bellissime. Abbiamo soggiornato in una magnifica stanza anche con sauna privata e doccia emozionale. Pulizia superlativa. Vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff in particolare il GM Gianmaria Vitagliano; da quando siamo arrivati a quando siamo ripartiti ci siamo sentiti a casa. Una menzione particolare va fatta alla colazione semplicemente SPETTACOLARE. Assolutamente consigliato sotto ogni aspetto.

Torniamo per un fine settimana di inizio ottobre in questo bell’hotel di lusso affiliato ai “The Leading Hotels of the World”. Veniamo accolti con un sorriso ed un caloroso “bentornati”, auto presa in consegna dal gentile valet, early check in come richiesto, drink di benvenuto, upgrade in bella Suite vista mare di ampia metratura, elegante, arredata nei toni del grigio e del tortora, con grande bagno, cabina armadio, balcone con sedie e tavolino, di recente ristrutturazione come tutto l’hotel, set di cortesia Acqua di Parma e Bulgari. Letto comodissimo, menu cuscini disponibile, lenzuola finissime, meno belli gli asciugamani in bagno, da migliorare. Questa volta essendo ormai fuori stagione non siamo andati in piscina, ma la ricordiamo come molto piacevole, sul tetto, riscaldata e ben gestita. Come omaggio per noi soci LHW torta (squisita!) e vassoio di frutta. La colazione è sempre fantastica, varietà e qualità sono i suoi tratti distintivi, gentilissimi tutti gli addetti alla sala colazioni, con lo Chef Giuseppe Mancino presente. Turn down con cioccolatino ed acqua. Alla partenza ancora un piccolo omaggio dolce ed acqua per il viaggio. Tutto il personale è estremamente cortese e sorridente, e ci è piaciuto molto tornare qui per un paio di giorni di relax, e…non c’è due senza tre!
