The bed is big and clean! Staff are enthusiastic. Convenient transportation. Line 15 is only jiangmeiy The bed was large and clean and the staff was welcoming. Convenient transportation, line 15, line 57. There are restaurants around and it is very convenient to eat.

The best hotel in Vestal by far. Gorgeous cool comfortable lobby - modern with plenty of space to hang out. Free coffee tea hot chocolate 24 hours. Very clean and modern lobby and room. Comfortable bed. Great that they have refillable bottles that dispense body lotion, soap, conditioner, shampoo. Cuts down on plastic waste. Will be a problem for anyone with limited strength in hands or arthritis because you have to squeeze the bottles hard to dispense product. Delicious breakfast. Free charging for my EV so that I can make it home without stopping. Only two chargers so a bit competitive. Definitely need another two to accommodate. Did I mention free charging. So glad I stayed here after staying in some questionable hotels in Vestal/Binghamton. This will the only hotel I will stay in now.

Cleanliness was not up to par . This is a nice Property but it is not as well managed as it could be . The Toilet under rim was absolutely filthy when we arrived for our 4 day stay . When we brought it to the attention of the very kind young lady at the front desk some other unknown women yelled out of a side office ..”it’s just hard water stains” . Let me say that my Wife was born & raised in the Triple Cities and was a Nurse for 37.5 years . During that time she experienced hard water in Vestal, Endwell & Endicott but never did she see the black filth that was caked under the inside rim of this toilet . I am not exactly sure who the person was who yelled out of the side office but we certainly considered the response to be extremely rude . Next time perhaps you should consider addressing the concern in person and at least show an interest . When we returned to the property the toilet had been cleaned properly and the dirt was gone . Especially in these times of great concern over infections I would suggest that you take the thorough cleanliness of the Property much more seriously . We would certainly be reluctant to stay here again .

3 stays in the past 6 weeks. 1st stay, checked in around 8pm, unpacked, and found feces in multiple spots on the carpet. Actual feces. Called the front desk, asked to be moved, was told no due to a full house. The front desk guy came, confirmed the disgusting mess, and placed towels over it as a solution. Since everywhere else was booked, we were stuck for the night. 3rd stay, checked in around 8 again, settled in, unpacked, and then discovered there was no running water. Not in the faucet, shower, or toilet. Call the front desk, clerk did not seem to believe me, said he would come and inspect. Eventually he shows up, confirms there is no water, and seems unsure what to do. Tell him to move us, unless the entire building is without water, and he eventually moves us to the room directly across from the elevator, with all the noise that brings. The USB outlets also were falling out of the wall, and did not work. Finally, the hotel fire alarm went off around 10pm, forcing everyone outside for a good half hour, with no explanations or apologies. This place is a blotch on the IHG brand. Staff does not care, maintenance and housekeeping is abysmal.

This is your average Hampton Inn with clean rooms, functional furniture and typical amenities. But what really makes this hotel special are the people. We traveled to this particular hotel once before, and found the staff to be extremely welcoming and accommodating. This last trip was even more so. We left something behind in our room, and were called within two hours of check out. We thank Michael in housekeeping for retrieving it, and Joanne for promptly calling us. Everyone from the front desk staff (Aaron and Teresa) to the people who prepare the breakfast, are friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning soon!

The buildings and parking lot are old and need work but I was amazed at how clean my room and breakfast area were. The housekeeping staff do a really great job. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet at night. Comfortable beds and plush towels. The outside needs work but everything else was great.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The Achilles heel of most hotel rooms is a noisy HVAC that is hard to regulate but our room here had the best hotel HVAC we’ve experienced in a long time. Quiet, comfortable and effective without blowing a tornado of cold air onto us. Also the king bed was very comfortable. Despite being between two major roads, it was quiet with no noticeable road noise. We were on the first floor. The major road behind the hotel is elevated so I suspect the noise mostly goes over. Lots of restaurants nearby though mostly chains. I have a few nits about this place but the point of a hotel on a road trip is to sleep and we slept very well here so it served its purpose well.
