Great value for what we paid. Beds were comfortable but definitely slept in; ours slumped in the middle. There were no filters if you bring your own coffee. There is a small convenient section for food and drinks. The biggest complaints we had was the water had a funny smell and the sink in the bathroom had a slow drain. The noise level was AWFUL! The person above sounded like an elephant. We also had a corner room and from the hallway we could hear the keys at night. It sounded like someone was trying to get in our room and we woke up every time but it was next door. Most likely would not return.

Large but dreary rooms. Very little shower water pressure in the morning. Noisy refrigerator. As others have mentioned, the alarm system flashes every 10 seconds. When the room is dark this looks like a camera flash going off every 10 seconds - not great for sleep. Not easy to find a decent hotel in Vestal or in Binghamton. Will try a different hotel next time.

My husband and I stayed here as an overnight rest stop on a long road trip. It was a great choice. On a late evening arrival, we were welcomed by Kevin at the front desk. The room was very quiet. very comfortable and very clean, and parking was easy.. We would definitely stop here again!

Stupid front desk clerks, broken coffee maker in the room, WiFi didn't work,. soap dispensers in the room were empty. Poorly run and maintained hotel. Sleep in your car instead...better than this hotel.

Stayed for two nights during Thanksgiving week and the alarm system in the room flashed a light and made a clicking sound every 20-30 seconds all night long. Reported it to the front desk and asked to have it repaired or change rooms, and we were told it's just the way their alarm system works. The desk person said changing rooms wouldn't help and there was nothing that could be done. Two nights of terrible sleep as a result. We have family in the area and will find a different place to stay next time.

I was given a recommendation for this hotel by a friend that comes here often. It is right off the main road in Vestal and easy to get to. There are many restaurants nearby as well. Check in was easy and fast by a friendly staff member. The room was clean and fresh smelling when I entered and everything was in order. There is a little kitchenette with pots and dishes if you wanted to prepare your own meals and a coffee pot. The bathroom was spotless and my only complaint might be that the bath towels were small. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark. You could get a restful nights sleep there. Covid still lingers here as there was no room housekeeping service for short stays. A small breakfast area had all sorts of food available for cost. Free coffee which was nice. Check out was as easy as check in and I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Decent stay has everything you need with friendly staff. Not full service and no breakfast served. Hotel is starting to show signs of being dated but comfy beds and clean bathroom. Perfect stop if traveling to the area or if using as a pit stop along the way to your final destination.
