Il residence è ubicato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Verona ( in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge castel vecchio). È ubicato in una zona residenziale tranquilla , supermercati e fermata del bus a pochi metri di distanza. Struttura molto confortevole , ambienti luminosi accoglienti e puliti , un grande balcone completa il tutto. Garage coperto e posti auto anche all' esterno ( comunque dentro la struttura ). Personale gentile e professionale!

Amazing flat/hotel
We stayed in this residence for 10 days. Amazing modern clean flat with a modern kitchen, balcony and the best amazing friendly staff.... So helpful and smiley.... So kind.... We felt like at home. We couldn't find anything wrong in this residence. It was perfect!! If you need a good comfortable place to stay for a few nights or more. This is the place. 1 km from the center by walk and just near the river. Thank you a lot!!!

Vacanze di Natale a Verona
L'hotel moderno con parcheggio grande, raggiungibile ai piedi ambedue dal centro città e dalla stazione Verona Porta Nuova. Camere grande con angoli da cucina. Buono per le vacanze in famiglia.

Quiet neighbourhood, spacious rooms
The room was spacious and had a nice, large balcony. Great for enjoying coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The pillows is too hard, could be softer. A little bit of food smell from other rooms when they cooked food in the room.
The bus stops right outside the hotel, but stops going after 9 pm. Walking is possible also, takes about 30 minutes from old town.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was very spacious and clean with a lovely view of the Adige river.
The reception staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble for them and I was always greeted with a warm smile. Their professionalism was outstanding.
I would not hesitate in staying here again.
