Prestige Hotel Vernon

Loft was one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in, hotel offered 20% off restaurant was a nice plus.

The hotel provided the bare minimum of service. I was asked upon checkin in I needed housekeeping service, for the three night stay. No surprise, room was not fully cleaned (gross stuff on the mirror, some spot on the bathroom wall, cup marks on the tables). Told the front desk, they never fixed it. In a three night stay used cups were never replaced. You can hear the pipes anytime someone uses the bathtub. For the price, there are a lot of better options out there.

I will never stay here again because the prices were absolutely ridiculous. I felt ripped off. The price should have been half of what we paid.

Booked last minute for a last minute event. Was pleasantly surprised to get a loft that sleeps 6. Relatively clean except for the closet door track that had no door…. Collecting dirt and grim. Pool was clean but not all that inviting. Staff lovely.

The hotel was clean, the beds comfy, the AC was not too loud as they can be in hotels sometimes. Most importantly, the staff were super friendly!! And the restaurant had the best calamari I ever had in my life, I wasn’t expecting it to be /that/ good haha 10/10 :)

My room was spotlessly clean. I felt perfectly safe and the front desk staff were beyond gracious, friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Very clean and nice space. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Nice pool and decent gym. Loved the top deck. We will definitely come again!

I had to change my reservation three times and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very nice clean and spacious. Beds very comfy. We stayed in the single room w king bed and sofa bed. Great wifi and large desk to work at. Great place to stay
