Aircon not good and premise needs good cleaning

We stayed there for 4 nights, in 2 different rooms. Both had roaches, I woke up every morning with large red bug bites and found this guy and 3 of his friends in my bathroom on the 4th night. I really wanted this to be a nice hotel so I kept writing off the bites but when I saw the roaches with my own eyes I knew we needed to leave. The manager refused to give us a full refund and was very rude about giving us any money back at all despite having prepaid for 2 weeks. From the first night there we were getting sick, if there are signs something if off; pay attention, it could save you money and your health.

Cockroaches! Many many cockroaches on both the main floor and the second floor. Was not able to get a full refund for our stay. We are still recovering from our stay. Sray away guy seems nice but “There is nothing he can do”

We stayed here 1 night could hardly wait until morning to get out. Was very dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. People that lived there made us very uncomfortable and we didn’t want to leave our room. We were afraid we were going to get up in the morning to our vehicle not being there. There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms all night. If I could give this zero stars I would. I would NOT recommend this place to even an enemy!
