Mia figlia dopo tanti sacrifici si è regalata un viaggio con il compagno a Vernazza, purtroppo Il treno da Genova ha portato ritardo, non molto circa 25 minuti. Mia figlia x il check in correttamente (forse troppo), ha chiamato x informare della situazione. Una responsabile le dice che fare il check in in ritardo comportava una penale di circa 100 euro e che se non pagava perdeva la prenotazione (peraltro pagata x intero) come previsto nel regolamento. Disperata mia figlia a corto di economie, mi chiama e contatto subito la responsabile, la quale mi forma che purtroppo x loro sono spese e bisognava fare subito il pagamento. Ho chiesto spiegazioni per le spese e mi dice che servivano per il personale che si doveva trattenere per ricevere mia figlia e sbrigare tutte le pratiche obbligatorie, incluso il ritiro dei documenti da inviare alla questura, come previsto dalla legge. Qualcosa non mi convinceva, ma per non fare storie dico a mia figlia che conveniva pagare e così fece. Il treno recupera e non tarda molto, mia figia arriva in albergo alle 2020, 20 min dopo la scadenza termini x il check in. Comunque ha pagato ed è tutto ok verrà qualcuno? .. No! Telefona è le dicono che il check in consiste nel ricevere un codice via WhatsApp x aprire la borta della stanza e mandare una foto dei documenti tutto qui. Faccio una domanda a chi legge questa storia... Forse c'è qualcosa che non quadra. 100 euro non sono poche per questo grande servizio. Un consiglio se arrivate in ritardo, non fate troppo gli onesti, fate comunque il check in nei tempi senza telefonare, sennò vi chiedono pure a voi soldi. Oppure rivolgetevi ad una altra struttura più disponibile.

Non prenotate qui. L’host non si è reso disponibile obbligandoci a pagare extra 100€ perche non avevamo una carta di credito, camera scadente, rumore perche finestre dell’800 m! Ce di meglio a vernazza, inoltre dopo aver fotografato le nostre carte sempre su minaccia, a distanza di una settimana ancora prova a chargare 7.50€ direttamente dalla carta che ha fotografato come ‘garanzia’. SCAM. be careful when booking with this host. we had booked another property through booking, but the host refused to pick us up as they required a credit card. She offered us to pay an extra €100 in cash to be moved to another accommodation (mold, bad smell and noise). she pocketed it. after paying and forcing us to take photos of our debit card, the lady is trying to credit further money. go elsewhere and read the reviews carefully, be careful because she is the same owner of 'economy rooms',’carugio rooms’ and ‘S.Francesco rooms’ also in Vernazza, and she has even more properties DONT BOOK WITH THEM.
