Don't miss staying here if you are in the area. This is a beautiful, small, family-owned hotel on a quiet river, yet just a 2 minute walk to a bustling town with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and store. Spotlessly clean and well cared for, this small hotel is a jewel. The mattress is very comfortable and there are room darkening shades on all the windows. And I can't say enough about our host family. Our car had trouble just as we were parking for our stay. Barbara took care of us, making arrangements for their mechanic to work on our car. My husband and I had a delightful time and look forward to returning next year!

Η συνολική εμπειρία μου από το κατάλυμα ήταν φανταστική !🤩 Το πρωινό είχε μόνο σπιτικά και τοπικά προϊόντα και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο ! Επίσης στο check in, σου προτείνουν τις καλύτερες επιλογές για φαγητό στην πολύ και μέρη τα οποία αξίζει κανεις να δει ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα 🙏

This hotel is a lovingly restored old house in one of the old sections of Veria. It is within easy walking distance of everything in town. Vera made us feel right at home in our big room overlooking the river, and she served us a very good breakfast with many homemade goodies.

Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ένα καλό δωμάτιο σε ένα πολύ γραφικό σημείο της πόλης αλλά μέχρι εκεί . Όταν έρχεσαι κουρασμένος από το χιονοδρομικό και σου λένε ότι δεν έχεις θέση πάρκινγκ ενώ έχεις να κουβαλήσεις πράγματα και ένα παιδί το οποίο κοιμάται από έναν υπάλληλο οποίος ναι μεν τυπικός αλλά με ένα στυλ αδιάφορο, αναίσθητο, συγνώμη κιόλας πληρώνω 130€ για διαμονή που είτε καν 24ωρη δεν είναι και μου λες μετά από τόση επικοινωνία ότι εν τέλει δεν έχω πάρκινγκ και με δική μου ευθύνη θα το αφήσω εδώ αν με γράψουν. Οκ αυτό είναι λίγο παράξενο και λίγο απρεπές από την επιχείρηση που δεν το ενημερώνει στο αρχικό τηλέφωνο. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και λιτό με αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια,καθαρό αλλά με καμία ηχομόνωση και δυστυχώς ο επάνω πελάτης περπατούσε στις 4 τα ξημερώματα και ετριζε το ταβάνι και μας δυσκόλευε να κοιμηθούμε . Το πρωινό μου φάνηκε ακριβό και καμιά σχέση με την προσδοκία που είχα για το μέρος ειδικά όταν η χρέωση του ήταν 10€ κατά άτομο άρα πληρώσαμε 30€ έξτρα (δώρο το παιδάκι μας 4ετων ) . Στην τιμή αυτή θα περίμενα επιλογή ομελετας , φυσικού χυμού , κάτι πιο ιδιαίτερο . Πιο homemade . Ήταν ανεπαρκές στο συγκεκριμένο τομέα. Η ποσότητα ήταν λίγη και δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα 3 άτομα . Ήταν απλά ένα τυπικό πρωινό κλασσικό που μπορείς να βρεις στο οποιοδήποτε κατάλυμα. Στα 160 θεωρώ ότι είμαι απογοητευμένη , όταν δεν έχω πάρκινγκ μετά από ταξίδι με καμία ενημέρωση και ούτε την επιλογή έστω εξτρας χρέωσης . Ένας ταξιδιώτης θέλει να έχει την άνεση του σ' ένα ταξίδι ειδικά όταν είναι αναψυχής . Μπορεί να βελτιωθεί πολύ !!!

Rustic in the Best Way
Staying at Kokkino Spiti was amazing. It was our favorite hotel of the several we stayed during our trip to Greece. It was rustic in all the best ways. The room was spacious, and quiet. The stone kept it warm at night and cool during the day. The bed was solid and comfortable. We fell asleep with the window open listening to the babling river below. I will stay here every time I visit Veria in the future.

Points positifs : balcon, localisation proche du centre de la ville et possibilité de parking.
Points négatifs : état général de la chambre vieillot, insonorisation, petit déjeuner au sous-sol et de qualité tout juste correct (fruits pas mûrs, peu de choix).
Au final un rapport qualité prix faible. Le moins bon de notre séjour d'une semaine en Grèce.
