"Despite several contacts with reservation department, reception desk and chef restaurant this resort has shown to be UNABLE to take care of food safety, especially when you suffer for example Celiac - Glutenallery. Staff and employees do not handle very well regarding this subject. Allergy signs are often incorrect meaning you could take food assuming its suitable in the context of your allergy. In the end resulting in eating food that can be fatal for your health and causing your death. Despite several remarks before and during our stay we feel they try to downplay the situation and do not take food safety seriously. When we finally took pictures of the incorrect allergq signs they hurried to remove that information instantly. Stay safe in case you suffer any food allergy and do not book your stay here. Furthermore: overall we would rate our total experience at Valle del Este with 5 out of 10. Golf: 9, good proshop staff, well maintaned course, challenging golf. Hotel: 6, rooms not kept very clean, not a very nice atmosphere in the hotel common areas Restaurant, halfboard: 4 due to poor handling food safety and just ‘average’ food quality. Reception: 4, they show they do not really care whatever you bring to their attention. Level of really customer friendly interaction is very low and level of any proactive communication upon arrival and departure is close to zero. To our understanding: lots of things mentioned could easily be improved, probably starting at management level and with an open mind to make the stay of every customer positively unforgettable. AGAIN: food allergy? Avoid this ‘resort’!"

"We have been here a number of times. Why not? Great pool, friendly staff and big choice of food at breakfast and dinner (we did not take the lunch). There are also lots of activities animated by the staff. We also liked the ability to take long walks on the beach in the buff. I strongly recommend Vera Playa!"

MAYBE HE LIKES IT, BECAUSE IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING FOR THE AMOUNTS YOU ARE ASKING FOR, APART FROM BEING A TRICKSTER, YOU ARE A CHEAP GUY. YOU COULD RENOVATE THE APARTMENTS AS THEY ARE FROM THE 19TH CENTURY. THE ONLY THING I ASK YOU IS THAT YOU DON’T GAMBLE, I WILL NEVER COME BACK. "Hello, we went to Advise Aparthotel during first week of August and faced a mix of good and bad situations. Starting with the positive (no need for much explanation): - location - very close to the beach - temperature of the water in the pool - pool with slides for both kids and adults - breakfast variety - tasty food overall - decent rooms for the price spent - the free wi-fi was a nice surprise, even thugh the signal is not very strong The "ok" items: - the staff - we found people with a welcoming attitude, but also some staff with negative posture, not at all welcoming in the restaurant. we can understand that people have good and bad days, but one same person was constantly with a mad and bored expression when welcoming guests, and that was not good. - parking possibility, but a little expansive in my opinion - a very hot lobby due to the size of it not allowing the AC to cool it. - only one set of towels for bath. we are used to 2 sets since women often use one for the body and one for the hair. - the pools are too deep in general. even for an adult - only providing one key card at arrival (but provided a second one upon request) Now the Bad items: - Dirty glasses everytime (lipstick, stains) and also plates. - when preparing tables some staff members dropped the paper towels in the floor and just picked up and placed on the tables. - ice creams and deserts not very cold, what took quality from it - some visible lack of organisation in the restaurant staff - was the first spanish hotel where the animation team only spoke in spanish. usually we hear the instruction at least in spanish and in english - very limited activies of the animation team, and the expression "Mari" is stuck in our brains, not for a good reason - dirty sheets and cushions in summary, an average experience.
