"🌟 An exceptional stay despite a few points of concern. We had an overall memorable stay at this superb estate. The setting is enchanting and the interior design is simply magnificent, creating a refined atmosphere from the moment we arrived. What we particularly appreciated: The service: Very professional, attentive, and discreet staff. The room: Spacious, elegant, and perfectly equipped. The spa: A magnificent space spread over two floors, ideal for relaxation. The cuisine: * A dinner at Le M restaurant, rich in flavors and discoveries. A generous breakfast buffet with high-quality products. Areas for improvement regarding safety and the customer experience: Despite these top-notch services, two points marred our experience: Incident at dinner: I unfortunately found a small pebble in my meat. This is a regrettable misstep for a restaurant of this caliber. Spa Safety: As both jacuzzis are outdoors, access becomes dangerous in sub-zero temperatures. The water on the ground freezes instantly, making exiting extremely slippery. It would be wise to move one of the jacuzzis indoors to ensure the safety and comfort of guests during the winter. In summary: A magnificent place with immense potential, but one that must remain vigilant regarding safety details and food safety controls."
