Restaurant gerechten zien er goed uit, maar smaken nergens naar. Ontbijt op bed zou te bestellen zijn tot 04:00 ‘s nachts, maar als je vervolgens de frontdesk opbelt krijg je een medewerker aan de lijn die er duidelijk geen zin in heeft, en mij vervolgens verteld dat dit ontbijt op bed niet te bestellen is. Ook al was het nog lang geen 04:00. Teleurstelling.

Prachtige ervaring. Alles tot in de puntjes afgewerkt (tot in de toiletten). Super ontbijt (best ever). Zeer aangename (lux)kamer. Design inkomhal. Vriendelijk personeel. Betaalbaar restaurant. Gratis parking en gratis fijne sauna, zwembad, gym; ook na het uitchecken. Overdekte fietsenstalling.

Even een weekend Venlo e.o dan kiezen wij voor Valk Venlo. Altijd goed, uitstekende service, super gastgericht personeel. Een prachtige kamer, heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Dit keer gekozen voor Zest live coocking dinerbuffet. Heerlijk gegeten goede prijs kwaliteit. Valk Venlo altijd een feestje.

Prachtig hotel met overal een mooie warme inrichting. In de centrale hal bij de receptie is een heerlijke geur. Het personeel is overal super vriendelijk. Het eten is geweldig, zowel het 3 gangen diner als het zeer uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet. En de kamer was geweldig met een open badkamer met bad en douche. Het uitzicht vanaf de 10e verdieping was een cadeautje.

The room (2308) has a half window that gives directly on to street lights, and that has only a half curtain. This particular room faces the highway. As building insulation is poor, the room was therefore both noisy and light during the night, and I got little sleep. I only realized this at midnight, otherwise I would have moved rooms. Everything else was amazing - but what is the point of a hotel where you cant get a good nights sleep?
