Venice is a city with high accommodation costs, but this hotel is relatively reasonable and the rooms are spacious and clean.

The location is very good in the main island, around 10 mins walk from St Lucia train station. There are also waterbus stations nearby. There are lots of restaurants as well. The shared bathroom is quite small but it’s good value for money.

Very nice hotel in a cozy neighborhood
Walking distance to supermarket, vaporetto station and railway station
The only minus is that a bathroom stall super tiny 😂

My experience with the hotel overall was good. The room is well located, in the heart of Venice. The blanket that covered the bed bothered me a little, as it seemed very old to me.
I had a problem with the guest who was in another room because as the bathroom was shared, when I went to take a shower at 11pm the guest in the other room complained that we were taking a shower late and asked us to take a shower earlier.

After a 30 minute walk we got to the hotel only to find out our room was in a separate building that was 10 blocks away! They stored our luggage for a couple of hours and when we ask to use the restroom we were told it was ‘only for people staying at the hotel’, the staff was quite rude.
The room itself was confortable.
