It was very convenient as it was just a short walk from the ferry terminal and only a short ride from the airport.
The reception staff were very friendly and I was able to leave my luggage before check-in.
The room was just as pictured and very clean, the heater worked, and the shower water was warm, which I was worried about.
On the second day, when I returned to the room after sightseeing, the bedsheets had been replaced.
There was no tag on the doorknob indicating that cleaning was not required, so I left my luggage open and went out, so you may want to be careful if you have valuables.
The breakfast had a wide variety and was very delicious.
I had a better time than I expected.
I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

The building is very close to the Vaporetto stop, but a little away from the crowded area, so you can relax. It is a renovated monastery, but it is a complex with restaurants and bars, and it was very stylish.
The front desk staff were very friendly and kind! Also, the male staff member working at the bar had lived in Japan and spoke a little Japanese, so he would greet me whenever we met in the building, which was nice! I stayed here for three nights, but I regret not being able to meet him at check-out and say hello.
The only disappointment was that the cleaning lady opened the door to our room without knocking at around 11am on the second day, and the drain in the bathroom was clogged, making it difficult to drain.
However, we had a canal view from our room and it was a wonderful stay, so if we come to Venice again, we will stay here!

The six-person room is a large room with three two-person rooms. It is a great hotel. It is next to the water bus station. It takes 20 minutes to get to St. Lucia at the station. It is the best value for money. Highly recommended. Clean and hygienic, the quality of the guests is generally good!

Rooms in Venice cost a lot of money…this place at least felt like good value. It’s an upmarket hostel in a historically interesting building. Nice and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.
