Loved it
Amazing apartment for a family of 5, fantastic location, really spacious and lovely and clean. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, they were so kind and helped us with lots of advice. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. Brilliant location

Becoming Venetian for a couple of days!
Alexa was very helpful and informative. Explained and made suggestions! We were able to leave our luggage after checking out tuntil we had to catch our ferry. All went well!

Amazing apartment on canal
Amazing apartment right on canal. Very clean and comfortable. Alexa and staff were very friendly and informative. In quiet section so not too much outside noise. But just by walking about 50 meters you reach open area with restaurants.

Highly recommended- perfect location!
Spacious, private apartments in a beautiful setting right on the canal and close to everything you need in Venice. The pictures on their website are accurate. Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes you in like a family member to make your holiday as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. And most importantly, KLM lost our suitcases when we arrived in Venice and Alexa and Tania went above and beyond in getting them to our room including calling the airport, lost luggage and the delivery service, waiting on the phone line, and ensuring we got our bags, which we finally did. They kept us up to date the whole time via WhatsApp. We were able to relax and enjoy Venice while they took care of those needs. Would absolutely recommend and will absolute return.

Beautiful stay in Venice
We had a great stay at the Charming House iQs. Alexa was so welcoming and arranged a water taxi for us to reach the property and to get back to the airport at the conclusion of our trip. She had some maps ready to help us navigate the city and gave us a list of restaurants and other notable locations to see during our stay.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable. The air, the wifi, the beds, all A quality!! The check in process was easy and the staff were super helpful. Rooms separate with a door which was great! Convenient to all shops and restaurants. You can catch a water taxi right outside the door! Beautiful.

Attention à votre réservation. Attirée par une super critique sur le guide du Routard, je pensais réserver la Charming House à Dorsoduro. C'est d'ailleurs cette adresse qui figurait sur ma réservation. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le logement proche de la place Saint Marc. La localisation est très bien. Le studio ouvre directement sur une petite place très sympa et c'est très calme même si c'est en rez de chaussé. Cependant le rapport Qualité/prix est mauvais. Nous avons payé le prix d'un palace (400 euros la nuit sans le petit dej) pour un studio dont la décoration est datée et surtout dont la salle de bain est minuscule (2m2 environ) et qui ouvre directement sur le lit par une porte vitrée très malaisée. Nous avions accepté cela pour la charming house "coup de folie" du routard. Mais là, le lieu n'était pas à la hauteur de ce tarif. Je poste donc ce message pour alerter sur le fait de bien vérifier quelle "charming house" vous louez sur le site. Et ensuite de comparer le prix à celui d'un bon hôtel.
