Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Venezia e mi sono trovata devo dire molto bene. L'appartamento in cui sono stata era molto bello, di classe dotato di cucina, per la colazione: frutta, latte, yogurt, caffè e biscotti. La posizione è ottima perché è a due passi da piazza San Marco ma in una zona molto tranquilla che permette un sonno ristoratore, e di sovente avendo il canale sotto le finestre capita di scorgere una meravigliosa gondola che passa con i turisti. Il fatto di poter comunicare con la receptionist via WhatsApp agevola ancora di più la permanenza siccome se ci sono dei problemi si possono comunicare tempestivamente e vengono risolti con rapidità e gentilezza da parte di Tania che si occupa del ricevimento. Devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene e consiglio questa struttura a chi voglia passare un soggiorno elegante e in una struttura molto raffinata a Venezia.

Localização excelente. A Tânia é extremamente gentil, simpática e atenciosa. Apartamento muito confortável para família. Um ponto de atenção são as camas e travesseiros desconfortáveis, o que foi uma pena!

Our experience at Charming House IQS in Venice was incredible! I highly recommend staying here. The property is beautiful, accessible, and the staff is very kind. Katia took the time to explain the city and apartment in full detail; she was outstanding. The apartment was roomy, bright, very clean, and gorgeous. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

Loved it
Amazing apartment for a family of 5, fantastic location, really spacious and lovely and clean. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, they were so kind and helped us with lots of advice. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. Brilliant location

Becoming Venetian for a couple of days!
Alexa was very helpful and informative. Explained and made suggestions! We were able to leave our luggage after checking out tuntil we had to catch our ferry. All went well!

Amazing apartment on canal
Amazing apartment right on canal. Very clean and comfortable. Alexa and staff were very friendly and informative. In quiet section so not too much outside noise. But just by walking about 50 meters you reach open area with restaurants.

Highly recommended- perfect location!
Spacious, private apartments in a beautiful setting right on the canal and close to everything you need in Venice. The pictures on their website are accurate. Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes you in like a family member to make your holiday as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. And most importantly, KLM lost our suitcases when we arrived in Venice and Alexa and Tania went above and beyond in getting them to our room including calling the airport, lost luggage and the delivery service, waiting on the phone line, and ensuring we got our bags, which we finally did. They kept us up to date the whole time via WhatsApp. We were able to relax and enjoy Venice while they took care of those needs. Would absolutely recommend and will absolute return.

Beautiful stay in Venice
We had a great stay at the Charming House iQs. Alexa was so welcoming and arranged a water taxi for us to reach the property and to get back to the airport at the conclusion of our trip. She had some maps ready to help us navigate the city and gave us a list of restaurants and other notable locations to see during our stay.
