Nice flat in a quiet area, yet close to everything. Clean and charming. Only complaint, that the small room has no AC ( just a fan).

Although we only stayed one night to visit The Art Biennale we found the location was perfect and the accomodation had everything we needed. My preference is to be met by someone upon arrival in case there are any questions . On this instance, we were met by a friendly lady who was helpful. We would be happy to return .

l'emplacement est excellent pour visiter la biennale. Place très agréable au bord du canal (attention aux moustiques).Petit restaurant et bar où prendre son petit déjeuner sur la place.Commerces à proximité rue Garibaldi. Nous avons réserver 6 jours pour 2 couples. La très mauvaise surprise:On entre directement sur une petite cuisine où se trouve un des lits pour couple! cela n'était pas visible sur les photos...habituellement il y a un petit patio isolant.Le problème de cet appartement en rcz est qu'il y a 2 salles de bain très ,trop grandes , belles,une trop grande chambre ,un vestibule, mais espace très mal réparti pour isoler un peu le 2eme lit.Cet appartement est très bien pour 2 pas pour 2 couples. Dans la très grande chambre,très sombre le jour, mais pas assez la nuit, la fenêtre du patio à l'accès à la salle de bain n'a pas de rideau;Le réverbère de la rue éclaire la chambre la nuit.Double sortie sur la rue d'un côté et de l'autre,ce qui est une bonne idée mais pas de clé pour l'arrière,dommage. Equipement de cuisine insuffisant .Pas assez de couverts,d'assiettes et de bols pour 4 ,pas de pot à eau ou théière. Sinon, très propre et accueil très aimable . Attention ,un surcoût de 40€ pour arrivée après 20h. je pense que pour 2 couples,il est préférable de viser un appartement( dit pour6 )en étage ....

I travel a lot with my family and friends, but I have never experienced such humiliation.
Our flight was delayed by 5 hours. due to aircraft failure. We landed in Venice at 11 p.m. by the time we reached the hotel it was freezing, all our luggage melted and my friend and I were wet.
The hotel administrator refuses to accept us. Screamed, was angry, humiliated us. He said that we arrived too late and were wet, that he was not interested in where we would sleep. I cried, screamed, begged not to drive out. Then he asked for additional payment. I paid.
I will write a complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority about defamation of my dignity, illegal demands for money.
I will ask for moral damages

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis dans ce logement très confortable et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de lieux incontournables tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Tout était parfait merci! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Would visit again. Easy walking access to tourist sites, but quiet and pretty. Spacious enough for three teenagers, clean and good shower. From Tronchetto take the No 2 ferry to Arsenale, and then walk forward for about 5 minutes. The apartment is next to Da Paulo restaurant (which is lovely).
