Very nice hotel, fresh and new. Perfectly located as a base to visit Venice (10min from San Marco). Very good breakfast. But above all an incredible service! Top management, top staff! Every evening return to the peace after the hustle and bustle of the city.

In occasione di un matrimonio a Venezia, ho deciso di trascorrere una notte al Maison Boutique Al Redentore, e posso dire che è stata una scelta perfetta. L'hotel si trova sull'Isola della Giudecca, un'oasi di tranquillità che sembra un mondo a parte rispetto alla frenesia del centro di Venezia, ma a sole due fermate di vaporetto da San Marco! La posizione è ideale: più ventilata e fresca rispetto a Venezia, con una piacevole brezza che rende il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. L'hotel è completamente nuovo, con stanze moderne e arredate con un gusto impeccabile. Ogni dettaglio è curato, e si nota subito l'attenzione per la qualità. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso. Un altro punto a favore è la pulizia: tutto è impeccabile, dalle camere agli spazi comuni. La colazione è stata il momento clou del soggiorno: servita con vista sulla laguna, è un'esperienza unica. Il giardino in cui è possibile fare colazione è semplicemente fantastico, un piccolo angolo di paradiso in cui rilassarsi prima di esplorare la città. In sintesi, il Maison Boutique Al Redentore è un hotel che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno di qualità a Venezia, lontano dal caos ma comunque a breve distanza dalle principali attrazioni. Un vero gioiello sull'Isola della Giudecca!

1. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the water bus station, which is quite convenient to go anywhere. 2. The room is exquisite and comfortable, has everything you need, and is cleaned every time. 3. The front desk and bar guys are very friendly. 4. Some rooms are also equipped with a small yard, which is a very nice experience. However, there are two regrettable points: 1. Extra requests for bottled water and 1-hour late-check-out will be charged extra. The staff did not inform me in advance and only found out the payment when checking out, which made me somewhat unhappy. 2. A long-haired lady serving in the breakfast area had an unfriendly attitude: ①. When I was having breakfast for the third consecutive day, she interrupted me and asked for my room number. (No questions were asked in the first two days, and no questions were asked about other white guests around me) ②. When they met, they never nodded, smiled or said hi, they just stared.
