English: We were a little disappointed by the welcome at the restaurant ("pass me the salt") which is part of the same management, because after having pointed out that we were staying at the Pera Bugiarda, we had to wait outside before they prepared the table for us, the staff was very cold and almost annoyed (we felt uncomfortable); luckily among them there was a waiter who instead turned out to be very attentive and friendly (we don't know his name but he told us he was only there for the evening service ... unfortunately ...) and the quality of the dishes was excellent. At breakfast, we expected a different service, the girl almost didn't take us into consideration, nothing was replaced on the buffet and even in this case it seemed like we were disturbing (in the meantime external customers came in for the cafeteria service and were looked after better than us), we were not asked if we wanted to drink a coffee or tea, we had to get up and ask at the counter, but the girl almost walked away so as not to pay attention to us. We have never had many demands and we are not demanding customers, we are also in the sector and we have always dealt with tourism and honestly it did not make a good impression on us overall. If we consider the prices, they are really high for the quality of the service. On booking a room for 3 adults appeared available, but the lady told us that a supplement was necessary for the third adult, (we are not sure, but it seemed to us that it was indicated at the time only to make us pay more.. at least, this was the impression. There is no special treatment for those who book directly rather than through the portal, and furthermore it would be nice to offer a better service for those who dine at their restaurant and are guests in their residence! Too bad, because it would be enough to pay more attention to some details, which seem of little importance but make the difference ;)
