Boutique Hotel Beekhuizen

Fijn hotel met mooie kamers in een mooie bosrijke omgeving. Inchecken is op basis van self service. Dat ging lekker vlot. Wel handig om te weten is dat het regelen van een taxi vanaf het hotel even kan duren, omdat het zo uit de richting ligt. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Wauw wat een geweldig hotel is dit! De locatie zo tussen de bossen is perfect! Je loopt via de achterkant van het hotel zo de bossen in. Door de ligging en de lichten s avonds krijgt het hotel een soort magische uitstraling. Het hotel ligt er prachtig verzorgt bij en het hotel personeel was ook enorm vriendelijk en wilde ons graag vertellen over de omgeving en elke ochtend even een kort praatje hoe het gaat en wat we de dag willen doen. Het ontbijt was ook super. Aan keuze geen gebrek en ze hebben voor ieder wat wils. De kamer was ook echt heel groot en mooi en we keken direct uit op de bossen. Ik ben in tijden niet meer zo enthousiast geweest over een hotel!

Wat een heerlijk hotel gelegen in een prachtig natuurgebied. Ideaal om te gaan wandelen of fietsen. Heerlijk rustig. Mooie ruime kamer met gevoel voor detail (verrekijker, kaarsje, badjas) Het enige minpunt vond ik dat de topper van het bed uit 2 delen bestond waardoor je niet lekker naast elkaar kunt kruipen. Rokers hebben ook pech, je mag achter de fietsenstalling zitten. Verder is het rookvrij. Er is een prachtige tuin bij en een welkomstdrankje. Het ontbijt is ook heerlijk en in buffet vorm. Ik kom graag terug. In de avond aten we bij woodz. 200 meter verderop. Gezellige sfeer.

Stayed in this hotel from Tuesday April 2 to Thursday April 4. The hotel is in a beautiful location in the middle of the woods. The welcome is very friendly. We had booked a junior suite with a balcony. Got room 12 which had a rain shower and bath. There was a welcome card in the room with my name. The room was really beautiful with wonderful box spring beds. The view in this room was also beautiful. Room and bathroom were clean. And you are woken up in the morning by the birds (when you open the window): Breakfast is served in the Bakhuis, and buffet style. This was extensive with various sandwich fillings and tasty yogurt with fresh fruit. Everything is organic as much as possible. Nothing is too much, my girlfriend wanted a cappuccino with oat milk and that was no problem. Breakfast is done in shifts because there are not enough tables in the Bakhuis, but this was no problem for us when we checked out a small gift. Where else do you get this? What we really liked is the personal attention you receive. Real compliments to the entire hotel team.

Overall a nice hotel but very unfriendly. We've been there before, but there's always something that disappoints us. Customer friendliness is mainly lacking, his arrogantly literal words after booking 7 rooms (in celebration of a wedding): "If you don't take them, we will lose them anyway, so nothing else is possible." Booked through the hotel itself because booking has not yet been made. was possible (namely 6 months in advance), when we booked 1 room for 305 euros 7 days before arrival and wanted to cancel 1 room for 189 euros, cancellation was not possible, they would see if they could still sell it (never heard anything about it), yet not even that, for example, they had not been sold the room or.... You often come and have booked an additional room, then you will receive a voucher for the other room (or something). While if I had reserved via booking it could be canceled up to 2 days before arrival, saying this the answer was: "Then you should have booked via booking". WOUWWW... you would think that a hotel would be happier with a direct booking. Also in honor of the wedding, no flowers or small bottle of bubbles in the room, even though we had booked 6 rooms. When I left I paid in cash and they had no change and I said that's okay then. 30 minutes later I received a message that we had forgotten something. If we wanted this back, I had to create a shipping document myself and send it to them... even though they had just received a good 10 euros because of 'no change drawer' Location and Hotel is unique in its kind, but after 3 disappointing hospitality we will not go more.

My wife and I had booked for two days with breakfast because our children had booked at the holiday park next to the hotel. The room was just great and brand school and that for a budget version! Breakfast was great and so was the service. The service is second to none and an example for all other hotels.
