I left on 13th, December. The hotel charge me 200 USD for cleaning of smoking after I left on 15th,December Sorry? Any proofs? Nothing! Nothing! Terrible! Disastrous experience ever!"

"Females beware of Peter the owner. He was very aggressive and a bully. Tried to inflate the bill and add on breakfasts that we hadn’t had. Was very nasty obviously not a nice man. A bottle of perfume went missing from our room. The back of the property was like a builders yard … and had been for a while. Velbert lovely and qaint but bad hotel."
