Overall good experience. Perfect location near vellankani. Clean room. Swimming pool perfect only timings was the issue. 9. 30 to 5. 30 cut-off. All other things were perfect we enjoyed

Sea gate hotel is walkable distance to morning star church velankani. Accommodation is average. They are not providing kettle, sugar and milk powder for bed coffee, the blanket is very old. But restaurant is good and foods are tasty. Outside toilets are not clean

Very poor service and facilities. Bathroom fittings not working. When i informed it, their attitude is very bad. When the correct checkout time reached they came and rang the bell of the room and they didn't allow a single minute more. So my 1 year baby can't eat breakfast. Their behaviour is very cruel.

The overall experience was not pleasant. The room was not maintained, the staff was not cooperative. Cleanliness was pathetic
