Writing this review in the hopes I can save someone else time and money or in the hopes that they will prioritize customers who walk into their restaurant instead of treating them like they don't matter Visited the restaurant on the 12th of Jan for dinner with the family and we started by ordering some chinese starters ... The dishes were extremely overly priced and the quantities are enough for a child to eat not an adult . Taste wise average . The worst was the delivery of the mains to the table ...we were sitting there for over 45 mins after the starters and the main were not being delivered. I had to speak with the person in charge and it was then that they ran in and got the dish ..by then everyone had lost their appetite so I had to cancel the mains ..the excuse given was that it was due to alot of demand from the rooms ..if that's the case , close your restaurant , don't waste anyone's time Then came the next issue , they charged me Rs190 for a dish that was advertised as Rs165 on the menu ...when i asked they said that the price changed as its Rs190 in the system ... for just that dish ??? after much discussion and my refusal to pay the higher amount they reduced it to Rs165 . Warning to anyone going to the restaurant CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY We finally went to a local Chettinad restaurant for the mains and they served us our food within 10 mins and the bill was less than what I paid at clinton park for starters and a few fresh lime sodas NEVER EVER VISTING THIS PLACE and if you value your time and money I would recommend that you avoid this place as well .

We booked the room on 31st January even it was costly I couldn’t checkin on that timeI approached the hotel and tried to cancel the booking due to some critical situation. I submitted related documents as well.They were not responsive.They didn’t process the refund.Worst response.
