Dirty pillows and linen. Dirty towels. No amenities in the room as advertised. Cockroach in the bathroom.

Excellent location, ample parking space. Restaurant satisfactory. Room spacious, but very poor maintenance, bathroom required a thorough cleaning with stain remover, they are least bothered about customer satisfaction. In spite of 3 hour advance warning of guests arrival, there was no towels, toiletries, drinking water. Entire two day's stay we could not get a fallen off health faucet fixed. Manager kept on giving lame excuses and false assurances. Extra bed asked for was only a mattress with bedsheet on the floor. We are used to getting a folding cot with mattress in most of the cities elsewhere in india. Driver reports the dormitory provided was horrible and he slept in the car only. Not a good experience at all. They could improve services drastically to get mileage out of it's good location and base infrastructure.

- at first they provided a separate single cot bedroom. After complaining, they gave me a double bed. But ac, tv and kettle were not working in this room(room no. 327. Again they changed to room no. 329. - they offered me 10% discount on breakfast and informed restaurant will be opened 7. 30 am till 11am. I went to a restaurant @ 7. 45am for the breakfast. They said that only tea or coffee is available, no breakfast. The room (329) was ok, but the health wash tap holder and soap box were not in position. They changed the kettle 3 times due to different types of reasons.

I stayed there with family for one night. It is only a glorified lodge and ca never be considered as resort. They are providing kettle, but no coffee powder, milk powder, water, sugar etc. Also, the toilets are very pathetic and nothing is there to cherish about.

Location is very nice. Room is spacious. Good for families. Thing is they are not maintaining properly. Coat, chair and other properties are old and keep it as it is. Feels unclean always.

very very bad experience.booked twin bedded room at resort and given single bedded room at their hotel with extra bed on floor .. really not recommended this property.complaint raised but didn't get refund till now

Bed linens and towels were very bad. Phone in room didn't work. Room was full of dust. Especially under the bed and tables. Toilets was very average
